離譜的是第二天早上九點多，我還在睡夢中，酒店突然來電，稱五樓垃圾桶損壞，並直接認定需要由我賠償。整個溝通過程中，對方態度強硬，衹因為垃圾桶裏有我的冰淇淋包裝，就認定是我“弄壞”的。我當即表示疑問：正常丟棄垃圾屬於合理使用，我在五樓僅停留一兩個小時，也未對垃圾桶進行任何暴力或不當操作，垃圾桶如何會因此損壞？即便垃圾桶是在我入住期間出現問題，衹要是在正常使用情況下損壞，也理應屬於設施老化或質量問題，而不該無理由轉嫁給住客。酒店作為經營方，本應有基礎的設施維護和報損更新機制，而不是在毫無證據的情況下打電話騷擾住客、強行索賠。整體處理方式極不專業，也嚴重影響入住體驗。
本來就惱火，求開發票硬是開了一個星期才開出來，不催估計直接不開了，給箇中評，望酒店吸取教訓»

餐廳雖然小但是吃的很好，餐廳有意自製的辣椒醬，加在饅頭花捲裏，特別好吃。
不管是前台、服務人員還是餐廳的工作人員，都很友好，主動幫忙拿東西，隨時問候，感覺很親切。還有洗衣機，一個小時洗烘都搞定了，很適合出遊的朋友們。
整體上乾淨整潔，家人很滿意這次住宿，下次來還想住在這兒！非常好

Dear guests if you are considering this stay keep in mind that there isn’t any didi to take you back nor will the hotel arrange one for you. So make sure you arrange your transportation right.
The hotel offers shuttle car to move around the hotel but they reply a bit late.. keep that in mind too.
And i wished they had their wechat contact on here because it was hard to reach the hotel via email before arriving. Got no response..

UUsuario invitadoAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.
