El conserje fue muy cortés cuando llegamos muy temprano en la mañana a Munich, se sintió bienvenido. Nos indicó lo que podemos hacer y nos mostró un buen baño para que podamos refrescarnos. El tamaño de la habitación es bueno, está bien diseñado. La decoración resalta las tradiciones alpinas alemanas de una manera elegante. Sentirse relajado al entrar al hotel. El desayuno ofrece opciones buenas y abundantes. Me gustó especialmente su uso de hojas de té en lugar de bolsitas de té.

We could not have been happier with our choice to spend six nights at the Hotel Maximilian over the holidays. Central to the hotel's success is the charming and gregarious Herr Pence, who ensures that every guest feels welcome and cared for, and the highly professional Frau Penz, who makes sure everything is running perfectly and exceeds every guest's expectations There are so many positives about the Maximilian that it's difficult to know where to start. The location could not be better, right in the center of the old city near everything and steps away from bus and tram stops. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever encountered, with an incredible range of meats, cheeses, pastries, cakes, fruit, and hot dishes, along with an array of surprising side dishes, like pickled herring and shrimp salad. The hotel staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend local sites and give directions. Housekeeping is impeccable, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that they knew our schedule after a couple of days and always had our room cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast. The rooms themselves are modern and well-appointed. Our room was quite small, but that it is the norm in Europe, and it was very comfortable. Everything about the hotel is high-end, and it seems that the Penz family has spared no expense to ensure that guests enjoy the best Innsbruck has to offer. We strongly recommend the Hotel Maximilian!

Este viaje al Hotel Penz me sorprendió. La ubicación es más conveniente que la de otro hotel veterano junto al río que reservé. Se tardó media hora en caminar por los famosos lugares escénicos. En la planta baja de al lado está el centro comercial y la deliciosa comida tailandesa. Las habitaciones también tienen vistas a la montaña. Resalte el restaurante del jardín en el piso superior en el quinto piso con una vista magnífica. ¡El desayuno es rico en variedad y delicioso! También hay rollitos de primavera chinos y calabacín frito. Las carnes, mariscos, postres, jugos, frutas, quesos tienen muchas variedades subdivididas en cada categoría y son deliciosos. Recomendamos especialmente todo tipo de kimchi al estilo europeo, en especial atún envuelto en tomates pequeños, y queso tierno envuelto en pimientos en escabeche. La extraña combinación de maravillosos sabores, ¡debes probarla si tienes un sabor internacional!

This is a lovely hotel, and the stay was very pleasant. We booked a room with a city view. The view was over the Inn river (just the other side of the road in front of the hotel) to various buildings, both new and old (eg. the old town hall tower and the market building). In the background were the snow-capped mountains. There was a cute window seat in the bow window. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functionable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the old town, and to the start of the funicular that goes up to the start of the cable car up to one of the main ski resorts. There was some traffic noise during the day as you'd expect from the location, and also occasional aircraft noise, but the windows provided excellent sound insulation.

Von außen vielleicht nicht unbedingt ein architektonisches Meisterwerk, aber innen toll! Wunderschönes Zimmer, unglaublich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und sensationeller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer über das nächtliche Innsbruck (Zimmer im 7. Stock). Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

Excelent Hotel. If you want to just hang out and have the best time of your life I highly recommend it. Friendly Staff, super quiet, super clean. Best breakfast in town. The road up there is amazing and it's everything it claims it is. I've spent 3 nights and it is worth every penny.

Localización fantástica! ¡Justo a la estación de tren, muy central y con vistas a la montaña. ¡Sala limpia y el mejor baño que hemos tenido en un hotel! ¡Parque limpio, enorme ducha y excelentes instalaciones. La habitación es muy tranquila, pero muy cerca de la estación de tren, muy tranquila. :) ¿Volvería - más definitivamente!!!!
