We loved this condo. Had everything we needed and communication with Liz was Very helpful! We could only stay one night, but will return again for a longer stay for sure. Rained the whole time so we couldn’t explore the nice outside areas and trails.

A nice upgrade due to mechanical issues. Cute cottage, very clean with lots of stuff for the beach. Beach soooo close. Enjoyed it everyday

Absolutely a hidden gem 💎 right in the middle of Indian Rocks. Charming 2 bedroom and bath. Conveniently located within walking distance to everything. We have been coming to Indian Rocks for about 6 years, we will stay here again!!! Never needed 1 thing, but Mary was sure to ask. Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Even had a very nice welcome basket.

I was in need of a solo getaway and found the perfect spot on Indian Rocks Beach here at Beach Trail Lodging. The owner of this property truly cares about their guests and having each one feel right at home and relaxed upon walking into your unit. My Florida home for my IRB getaway was comfortably furnished and all of the little touches were greatly appreciated. From cold bottled water waiting for me in the fridge to a basket full of yummy snacks on the counter to a full wagon full of beach chairs and umbrella out back. I walked across the street to the beach and enjoyed an amazing sunset and stayed well after the colors sank into the horizon and star gazed for hours. So little light pollution allowed for a crystal clear evening of millions of stars. This gem of an authentic Florida Hotel finds you nestled off the hustle & bustle of the main drag (Gulf Boulevard) with no resort fee, free parking and good WiFi. Book your getaway today! You will be a return guest for years as you can walk to Crabby Bills, Anecdote brewery, places for live music, an adorable breakfast cafe and ice cream shop.

Since we had a change of plans, we booked this at the last minute and were uncertain about what we'd really find. What a delightful surprise to find this truly charming apar**ent, just a stone's throw from the beach! We loved everything about it - the tasteful tropical decor, comfy bed, the beach chairs and umbrella (and a wagon to haul it in!), sunrise over the intracoastal waterway off the back patio and sunset on the beach, which was an easy 3 minute walk. The owner, Mary, was welcoming and helpful via text. We can't wait to go back for a much longer visit!

Mary has been in constant contact with me via text, which at first i thought was strange, but then it's like you're chatting with a friend. She's been very kind and welcoming, asking how everything is going, any wants, needs, etc. There's plenty of food with in walking distance, and beach access is a 2 minute walk! The apar**ent is very clean, has everything you'd need as if you lived here! My wife loves it and wants to re-book another time, for longer. I also feel this way, so sounds like we'll be back! We really enjoyed our stay. The place isnt new but is very well taken care of. It was super clean and they really work to enhance your experience. They provided beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to take everything the 1/2 block to the beach. You are walking distance to some great places to eat and its quiet and comfortable.

We booked this hotel somewhat last minute. Friends of ours, who we hadn't seen in years, were traveling to Disney as part of the "Make a Wish" to celebrate their little boy's victory over cancer. They were going to have one free day to see us and wanted to meet at a beach. Finding a reservation at the end of spring break in Clearwater (our first thought) was just impossible, so I began to look further south and found Beach Trail Lodging. It was close to the beach and reasonably priced so we booked it. We had no idea what a lucky pick this would be! We were traveling with my husband and my three kids, plus when we discovered it was dog-friendly (the apar**ent, not the beach) we added the dog to the bunch. We arrived prior to the check-in time and figured we would just walk around and waste time till we could get in. We were warmly greeted and he suggested a dog-friendly restaurant. He also said they would try to speed up the check in, which they indeed did! The apar**ent is literally a minute walk from the beach and the beach is perfect. It is fairly narrow but not crowded which is perfect when you are trying to carry a gazillion chairs, towels, toys, coolers...etc for a family of 5 that's gonna meet up with a family of 7! There is a small parking lot at the entrance of the beach (parking is limited) but if need be you can pull up and dump your stuff and drive your car back to the apar**ent where you are given two spots. Or you can just walk, it's literally a stone's throw away. At the entrance of the beach there is a beach shower and a boardwalk about 10 yards long that puts you on the beach and you can dump your stuff to the left or right without walking far at all. It's also extremely helpful that the apar**ent provides you with a Beach wagon with the big fat wheels to help you carry your stuff, plus 4 beach chairs. Back at the apar**ent, we were so suprised by all the amenities waiting for us. There was a huge gift basket for the humans with snacks and helpful info and a second huge gift basket for the dog! The dog's basket included a couch cover if your dog likes to sit on the furniture, a dog brush, dog toys, a water and food bowl, a lint brush, dog treats...etc (they charge $20/day for the dog up to max $50). Right next door to the apar**ent is a small park with a path for walking the dog, a beach volleyball court, picnic table (which we took advantage of the day our friends arrived to have a big picnic lunch before heading to the beach), and beautiful views of the water of the causeway (bay?i inlet?) and the boat's passing by. Inside the apar**ent there was also a little gift basket of covid related stuff (wipes, masks, disinfectant...etc). The other amenities were also great, salt, pepper, dish detergent, trash bags, coffe and tea, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave... and a lot more! Nothing was missing. As the rest of the country is getting snowed under...Florida is having lovely summer days. If you are looking for a getaway, may I recommend BeachTrail Lodging on Indian Rocks Beach. We spent 2 nights/3 days and it was lovely. The attention to detail was impressive. Clean, comfortable beds and lots of little extras made it special (actually wonderful.) All the beach things we needed (chairs/towels/toys) A lovely snack basket, A covid pre caution basket...a lot of restaurants close by and a beautiful, quiet beach. We also had the chance to enjoy a complimentary wine from Simi Winery! It was great and we have since ordered a few more bottles! We also got to try an amazing wine called Simi Russian River wine.
