Wonderful funky hotel in a perfect location just back from the main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Poolside bar was great with snacks available too. Also provide the option of using their sister hotel pools/bars situated next to the beach with sea views. Highly recommended 👌

We stayed at Tropicana 3 years in a row. Its a cool hotel with a nice look and style. Rooms all look same, nice little suites. For a short dtay, what we had, it’s fine. On the downside, the noise level can be challenging. The aircon transports music from partying guests into all rooms. Sleep impossible, even if you‘re party proof. Unfortunately staff is barely helpful, if you require assistance in turning noise levels of respectless guests a bit down. Consider this, if you want to stay here.

I stayed at Tropicana suites for 1 night last summer for my boyfriends birthday gift. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. Firstly we got the bottom floor with a hideous view. It was like a dungeon. We arrived at 2pm to check in and sat around the pool for the day. There was only 1 member of staff it took 30 minutes to get a cocktail and they didnt have most of the food on their menu. We decided to just go back to the room because we were getting agitated with the bad service... to be told the pool bar is now closed and we couldn't order room service. We thought, ok we will use the mini bar... nope. Nothing. Theres fancy fridges / kettle etc but NO mini bar? no tea/coffee/ drinks/snacks absolutely nothing. I may as well of just paid 400 euro to stay in a hostel for a night. We also paid extra for breakfast but the next morning they told us we had to go to a different hotel to get the breakfast... luckily my boyfriend speaks Spanish so could ask locals but we would have been lost if not. Hotel staff were not helpful at all.

An overall very positive experience. We were there in beginning of April. All the big clubs were still closed so everything was still quiet. The hotel was incredibly clean. The cleaning stuff very friendly and the bar stuff very helpfulk with everything. The breakfast at hotel Santos is fresh and u can sit on the pool while having breakfast and enjoying the fantastic view to the sea. That was really something. The pool at Tropicana is small but great 80s music. But the best part was that the pool aerea is "lowered" that means even if the wind is blowing strong you can read and chill at the pool. The Hotelbar is not cheap and they have to use plasticcups. That is the only thing I did not like but I guess it's the law in Spain. As we were there they even got a brand new italian espresso machine at the hotel bar which made in fantastic Espresso. You can order in the morning to the room. (2 Euro) The parking spot owned by the hotel is also really really fantastic. U come You park the car You relax. Thank you for this great stay. Highly recommended. All the best from Vienna

My experience in Tropicana Ibiza was amazing, The stuff are so lovely, special mention to Camelia on Reception, she was so kind and friendly, I recommend this hotel 100%! The hotel has kitchen on the rooms so its quite helpful and the housekeeper are amazing as well! :)

Top hotel met leuke aankleding en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Kamers worden elke dag schoon gemaakt, als je dat wil natuurlijk, en alles is aanwezig

We booked just a one-night stay here, as it was much closer to the airport than where we had been staying the rest of the week, and it was perfect for that purpose. My only regret is that we didn't have more time here! I admit to having been a little nervous with an "adults only" billing and the vivid color decor. I wondered what I was getting us into! It turned out to be perfectly wonderful! The hotel is as cute as can be with a retro tropical feel. Our room was perfect and had the ability to allow us to cook there with small grocery stores within an easy walk. Many places to eat nearby. The staff was phenomenal, especially Cami! She and the others went out of their way to help us! I was sick (bad cold), and my husband on crutches. They let us check in early, helped us with suitcases from the lot across the street to our room (both ways), and helped us navigate the rather steep entryway (being re-done next year). If there was one drawback, it was that we had to walk to their sister property for breakfast. For most, this less than 5-minute walk would be a breeze, but with crutches for him and back/hip issues for me, this was a "stretch." However, you also get access to the beautiful beachside pool at this sister property, too, so that's a plus. We really liked the pool/bar setting at our own property, though. It felt cozy, more intimate. Best air conditioning on the island and loved the fan over the super comfy bed! Appreciated the toiletries provided! Lots to do near here.
