No tenía esos toques extras que se esperaba de un JW. El jabón de la barra en el baño es tan pequeño que sólo se deja un sliver después de dos duchas. Es el jabón de tamaño que se esperaba llegar en un Motel 6. El Griffin La habitación era muy agradable. La calidad de las ofertas de comidas estaba muy por debajo de la par. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. ¿Quieres que tu coche se acerque? Nadie responde. ¿Quieres arreglar para el mantenimiento de la casa para limpiar tu habitación? Nadie responde. ¿Quieres lavarse recogido? La calidad de sus cuartos y blancos son de altísima calidad sus sabanas y toallas de Frette son un placer al tacto. Sus cuartos con ventanas contra ruido hacen del silencio y la calma de la habitación un placer al descansar, su wifi tiene buena velocidad y funciona perfecto y el poder disfrutar los productos del servibar sin costo se agradece. Su excelente ubicación es ideal para aquellos que van por negocios al Downton de Houston o tienen interés en la opera, teatro o valet todo a pocas cuadras algunos solo cruzando la calle. A unas cuadra el tren ligero te puede llevar sin necesidad de cambiar de estación a la zona de hospitales y de museos en pocos minutos. El servicio que recibes en su restaurante el F+B es sobresaliente, sobre todo la atención que recibimos todas tardes de David y Teo, los cuales durante todo el viaje estuvieron siempre atentos y hicieron de nuestro tiempo en la barra y restaurante un verdadero placer. El personal de front desk también están listos en todo momento para resolver y atender. Sin duda volveremos.

I would like to start by saying that the Moxy is one of my favorite hotels ever! Every single time that I go to another city I stay at one of their properties if they have a location. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with how my lasted reservation was handled. I booked my stay about two months out from an event and I received a confirmation email with all of my information. About three weeks out from the event I received a cancellation email. When I called the number listed on the website it rang and rang without an answer. I finally found another number, the corporate office I believe. I was told this particular location opened bookings without a permit and as a result my reservation was canceled. I expressed that I was a rewards member and my concerns about trying to reserve another reservation in such a short time frame not only caused stress but also extra money. There was a big concert that same weekend, so most of the nice hotels were completely booked. It was made very clear that they are not concerned with customer satisfaction. I was told they’re not price matching rates at their other properties and that it’s solely my responsibility to find another accommodation. I ended up having to pay double the price at another establishment. No one has reached out since and no accommodation was made on their behalf after the permit was obtained. Shame on you Marriott.

La habitación tiene dos camas dobles y un sofá cama. El tamaño de la cama doble es un poco pequeño y habrá un poco de gente para dormir para dos adultos. Está bien sacar el sofá y sentarse en la cama y dormir para dos personas. Hay un microondas en la habitación, no hay utensilios de cocina ni cubiertos, es difícil cocinar, solo el horno microondas puede simplemente calentar la comida del microondas. El desayuno del hotel es una barra de desayuno americana común, pero no hay muchas variedades, pero los huevos de yogur de café de frutas son muy completos y no hay problema para comer. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad y hay algunos vagabundos por la noche. Es mejor no salir tarde. Los tres hoteles están conectados entre sí y entrarán en el hotel equivocado si no tienen cuidado.

This is a random hotel in a random location. I booked it because I have had good experiences with the Autograph Collection. It was clean. It was located where they say it is, so shame on me, but there is hardly anything around there. There is a LifeTime gym next door - I assume they get access, which is nice. Check in person was nice. We got upgraded to a larger room, which was great because even that was not very big. Cons: Only decent hotel where I’ve not been offered help with our bags (normally you have to fend off porters if you don’t need them). We pulled up to the $41/day valet at a reasonable hour. We had two large bags with us and nobody even offered to help us wrestle them out of the trunk. When we wheeled them down to check out the valet asked us whether we wanted help getting them in the trunk — well, yeah. That made for a sour start. Water temperature in the shower was really problematic, either really hot or cold, very very hard to modulate. We were not going to mention but management sent us a “how’s things” text and we mentioned it and they fixed it! On Saturday morning there were lots of takeout food bags (obviously trash from dinners ordered the night before) up and down the hall - gross. How hard would that be to pick those up in the middle of the night? Ironically, the nicest guy we met at the hotel was a housekeeping guy who was vacuuming the hall and was delightfully courteous - I wish I’d gotten his name. Bar was understaffed. Sorry, Laura, you won’t see me again.
