Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations. The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite. It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel. A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger. Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process. A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution. The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself. Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.

This property is a real gem, offering a perfect blend of comfort, modernity, and unique touches. The bathtub on the balcony was a highlight of my stay – it was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. While the nearby busy road did produce some traffic noise, this was a relatively minor issue. On the whole, I was thoroughly impressed with the property's facilities, maintenance, and overall condition, making it an excellent choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Veníamos de Shilin y llegamos bastante tarde. Habíamos contactado con el hotel con antelación y el personal de recepción fue muy amable, reservando nuestra habitación con antelación e incluso nos dieron una habitación doble superior gratis. El aparcamiento fue muy práctico, ya que tienen su propio. Cualquier necesidad que tuvimos después del check-in fue atendida con facilidad. En general, una muy buena experiencia. Olvidé tomar fotos de la habitación, pero era exactamente igual a la que aparece en la página web.

Hotel de buena habitación bueno con primavera caliente y ubicación está bien para todo el lugar científico, el personal más cálido Hotel , frente al hotel tiene barbeque resto. si va a Mile esto se recomienda Hotel. 🙏🏿

Excellent hotel! The entire property looked beautiful, rooms were spacious and new. Many hot springs with varying temperatures were all very comfortable and swimming pools was lovely as well. Breakfast selections were plentiful, and delicious. Included laundry services were a plus, and location of the hotel was excellent. My only complaint is that we only stayed one night.

I had a lovely time at this wellness resort. My room was spacious, well appointed and immaculately clean, with a private veranda with surrounding greenery views. NB: Thre are light sounds of construction and lawn mowers in the neighbourhood as the area is still being developed. The gardens are manicured but also come with a strong smell of manure fertilizer. These small issues are not a problem overall though. The wellness programme was high quality. I attended the Eight Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) qigong session and the guided meditation class- both outstanding. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in a lovely indoor/outdoor dining space. Dinner was more of a challenge as this wellness resort offered not one vegetarian, let alone vegan meal. But the waitress and chefs were very happy to make me some stir fried vegetables. The on-site amenities are fantastic— I especially loved swimming laps in the indoor pool; the water quality felt incredible, and there is a diverse selection of hot spring pools to unwind in, even if a small number of hot spring facilities were closed during my visit. I also visited the tourist area quickly and got some nice photos. My only recommendation- besides some vegetarian/ vegan options on the dining menu would be a complimentary map and guide, with all the buildings, facilities, instructions, opening/closing times, class times, breakfast and dinner timetable and location, for English speakers on arrival. This would have saved me and the staff a lot of back and forth Q&A through translators. Overall, this spot is perfectly suited for adult travellers seeking quiet relaxation. The exceptional mineral spring water alone makes this resort well worth visiting, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, restorative wellness getaway.

Normalmente reservo en Ji Hotel para mis viajes, pero no en Mile. Tras comparar varias opciones, elegí el Hampton Inn y no me decepcionó. La distribución de la habitación es similar a la de Ji Hotel 3.5, justo lo que me gusta: muy práctica. La habitación es espaciosa y el inodoro, la ducha y el lavabo están separados, lo cual es mejor que en Ji Hotel. El personal de recepción fue excelente y atendió todas mis peticiones razonables. El personal de limpieza también fue muy atento; cuando regresé de mi viaje, la habitación estaba impecable. Espero que el hotel siga mejorando y sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo si tengo la oportunidad de visitar Mile otra vez.
