UUsuario invitadoLa casa de huéspedes se encuentra en el casco antiguo de Tai'an. El servicio fue bastante bueno y la bañera era cómoda. Sin embargo, el colchón era un poco duro. Quizás debido a las habitaciones de arriba y a los restaurantes de abajo, siempre había un olor extraño por la noche, como una mezcla de humedad y humo de cocina, que dificultaba conciliar el sueño. Los dispositivos inteligentes tampoco respondían bien; la luz no se encendía cuando necesitaba el espejo de maquillaje y parpadeaba constantemente en mitad de la noche.

Cuando volvimos a la noche, el conductor de DD tomó otra carretera que se cerró, nos contactamos con el hotel. El hotel estaba muy bien situado, pero no se podía encontrar con el hotel. LLucy ClitherowLa habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.
El personal estaba muy bien situado, pero no podía ser más útil, incluso con la barrera lingüística.
La comida - tanto el desayuno como la cena - fue fantástico.
Reservamos una experiencia y masajes sólidos y nos encantaban tanto: aunque el masaje era muy firme :)
Es muy rápido y fácil visitar dujiangyan pero también se puede disfrutar del tranquilo ambiente lejos de la gruñera y la gruñera de la ciudad.
Nos dirigimos a la reserva de Panda cercana y mientras es pequeña, se sentía como si tuviéramos todo el lugar para nosotros mismos.
Me gustaría volver a visitar de nuevo.

La habitación era muy cálida y acogedora, la cama era suave y cómoda, había un tocador, la piscina de aguas termales estaba muy limpia y la temperatura era fácil de regular, e incluso había café Nescafé y snacks con leche [corazón]. La zona común al aire libre tenía una vista panorámica de las montañas, perfecta para tomar fotos, y también era agradable y cálida para tomar el sol. El personal fue increíblemente amable y nos llevó de vuelta a la montaña; el coche incluso tenía una linda decoración interior. ¡¡Una experiencia verdaderamente maravillosa!!

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

1118239****Acabo de terminar mi estancia en este hotel y debo decir que ha superado mis expectativas más que cualquier otra experiencia reciente. Desde el momento de la llegada, cada detalle refleja el cuidado y la atención del hotel.
Las habitaciones del hotel están diseñadas con amplias vistas, con paisajes urbanos o de jardines pintorescos a través de las ventanas de piso a techo. La ropa de cama es suave y cómoda, e incluso la selección del minibar muestra un toque de consideración. Aprecio especialmente la atención del hotel a los detalles: el aislamiento acústico es excelente, el sistema inteligente de iluminación y cortinas es conveniente, e incluso la ubicación de los enchufes está pensada para la comodidad del usuario. Las aguas termales privadas ofrecen una excelente privacidad y confort.
El personal es atento y eficiente, y se forma un grupo de servicio privado para atender a los huéspedes.
Lo que más me impresionó fue que, después de hacer el check-out, me di cuenta de que las gafas de mi hijo se habían quedado en la habitación. Contacté con el personal del hotel para que me ayudaran a buscarlas, y una vez encontradas, se encargaron de enviármelas de inmediato. Un aplauso por el servicio.
Ya lo he recomendado a varios amigos y espero volver a alojarme aquí pronto.

UUsuario invitadoMy stay at Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely magnificent, the location in proximity to the railway station and front mountain entrance, only about a 15 minute walk, yet the hotel had it's own transportation service to take you anywhere locally. The town itself was quite quaint and peaceful, with beautiful landscaping and architecture throughout the the town, the streets and sidewalks were clear, wide, and open which lends itself to quiet, peaceful, reflective walks, but what stood out more than anything, even the exploration of the front and back mountain, was the genuine, thoughtful, and considerate care of my welfare by the Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel staff, besides making sure that I was able to get to my destinations in town they were quite attentive to all my needs, making sure my room was serviced on a daily, rolling out buffet breakfast in the morning, to made to orders during the evening. There was a real positive family feel amongst the staff and the spirit thereof seems to project itself onto their guest, and this energy I speak of was not just evident with one or two staff members, but whoever you had engagements with. Simply put, they were the best hotel or res staff I have ever come across and I have stayed at quite a few hotels, eaten at many restaurants over the years. The only complaint I have is that I wish I had more time there, but hey that will be part of my motivation for a return. I wholeheartedly recommend Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel for your choice of accommodations while staying at Qingchengshan, the town of Dujiangyan, the staff are the embodiment of the tranquility and peaceful energy you will find there. MmeestermodaoWent during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional.
The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time.
Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea.
The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great.
More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money.
The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath.
The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience.
Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time.
We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out.
The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not.
The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.
