La casa de huéspedes se encuentra en el casco antiguo de Tai'an. El servicio fue bastante bueno y la bañera era cómoda. Sin embargo, el colchón era un poco duro. Quizás debido a las habitaciones de arriba y a los restaurantes de abajo, siempre había un olor extraño por la noche, como una mezcla de humedad y humo de cocina, que dificultaba conciliar el sueño. Los dispositivos inteligentes tampoco respondían bien; la luz no se encendía cuando necesitaba el espejo de maquillaje y parpadeaba constantemente en mitad de la noche.

Highly recommend! The resort is absolutely paradise. I stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of my China trip for some rest and rejuvenation and it was perfect. Friendly and very helpful staff, nothing was too hard or too much. I did meditation each night which was excellent!! Very relaxing. I had an additional massage which was incredible also. The restaurant is great,lots of options and accommodating for dietary needs. Lots of activities nearby and Didi very easy to get which I wasn't sure of. Highly recommend!! Very peaceful stay.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). It's located right next to the train station very convenient and next to the sightseeing bus ticket The room was spacious and very good .. quiet and cozy .. The hot spring is the public and outdoor .. very good vibe .. you need to bring your own swimsuit or buy at the convenience store near by There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well and they are good When you are so tired from hiking ... Soaking in the hotspring is so good and next day you can dress up in Chinese traditional dress before leaving to chendu for good I really like it and wish to come back next time

The hotel was in a great remote location. When we arrived, the road was blocked because someone was unloading some construction materials, but the hotel was great they send their staffs down to pick up our luggage, we went to do some sightseeing. When we came back that night the DD driver took another road that road was closed, we contacted the hotel. The hotel staff was very responsible because it was very cold that night, she contacted the closest hotel to where we were and asked them to take us in until the driver arrive to pick us up. Once we arrived at the hotel they upgraded us to their 2 bedrooms 2 story unit which has a very good view of the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious, the design and layout of the room was very modern and warming, the beds were very comfortable. There were free drinks and snack in the room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful arranged all the free actives for my children.

Acabo de terminar mi estancia en este hotel y debo decir que ha superado mis expectativas más que cualquier otra experiencia reciente. Desde el momento de la llegada, cada detalle refleja el cuidado y la atención del hotel. Las habitaciones del hotel están diseñadas con amplias vistas, con paisajes urbanos o de jardines pintorescos a través de las ventanas de piso a techo. La ropa de cama es suave y cómoda, e incluso la selección del minibar muestra un toque de consideración. Aprecio especialmente la atención del hotel a los detalles: el aislamiento acústico es excelente, el sistema inteligente de iluminación y cortinas es conveniente, e incluso la ubicación de los enchufes está pensada para la comodidad del usuario. Las aguas termales privadas ofrecen una excelente privacidad y confort. El personal es atento y eficiente, y se forma un grupo de servicio privado para atender a los huéspedes. Lo que más me impresionó fue que, después de hacer el check-out, me di cuenta de que las gafas de mi hijo se habían quedado en la habitación. Contacté con el personal del hotel para que me ayudaran a buscarlas, y una vez encontradas, se encargaron de enviármelas de inmediato. Un aplauso por el servicio. Ya lo he recomendado a varios amigos y espero volver a alojarme aquí pronto.

La habitación era muy agradable, y la habitación estaba muy bien. Lo comprobé temprano y un caballero me ofreció llevarme a la entrada de Qingcheng Mountain con su Tesla, bueno inglés, luego me enteré de que era el dueño o quizá el GM. No, y me fui a unos kilómetros al hotel. Cuando volví, me ofrecieron pre-ordenar mi cena, que hice. Fue muy agradable y como no tenían cerveza, el hermoso recepcionista se fue a comprarme unos con su propio dinero. Me sentí culpable después de que su chat mojado era inválido para que yo la reembolsara y no tenía dinero. Transferí el dinero al hotel para eso. Pero su gesto era realmente hospitalario. La mañana siguiente el desayuno era simple pero muy agradable Recomiendo a cualquiera que vaya a caminar en Qingcheng para quedarse en este gran hotel.

El servicio fue muy bueno, el mayordomo se comunicó con nosotros con anticipación para informarnos de las precauciones, cuando llegamos al estacionamiento tomó la iniciativa de ayudarnos a llevar nuestro equipaje a la habitación. La habitación también proporciona albornoces y zapatillas para los niños, este detalle me hace sentir que está muy cuidado, me he alojado en muchísimos hoteles y B&B y es raro que estén preparados para niños. Aunque no tenemos hijos. El ambiente es muy bueno y hay muchos lugares aptos para tomar fotografías hermosas, la tienda es muy atenta y tiene un folleto para que todos tomen fotografías como referencia. Fue muy agradable escuchar música en el bar de la azotea por la noche.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just across the road, you can see the famous Blue Tears Dujiangyan. It is also very close to popular attractions such as Panda Selfie and Guanxian Ancient Town, making sightseeing very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Guests also receive a complimentary tea voucher to enjoy drinks while admiring the Blue Tears view from the 19th floor. The best seats are limited, so make sure to arrive early if you want to enjoy the most stunning view😉 There are also a few halal restaurants located behind the hotel, which is very convenient for Muslim travelers. The only drawback is that the toilet does not have a bidet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful views, and outstanding service.

Very secluded location that requires you to drive in order to locate the hotel. Peaceful surroundings located near a military base where you can hear gunshots in the early morning. One of the common toilets cannot be closed and the housekeeping lady said this problem was since the previous guest stayed which they didn't have time to fix before we checked in. Overall a very nice stay given the peaceful surroundings.
