Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Taikoo Li. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance of Taikoo Li, IFS, and many excellent restaurants and attractions. Our room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the attention to detail. It truly felt like the hotel cared about every aspect of the guest experience—even the quality of the air we breathe. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding service, an excellent location, and modern facilities, this is the place to stay.

And when the rain falls, the forest comes alive with a natural symphony that’s nothing short of magical. Sitting quietly in one of the many beautiful tea houses scattered throughout the courtyard or nestled against the mountain backdrop, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of calm as nature engages all your senses. It’s truly therapeutic for the soul. For those seeking a more hands-on experience, the guesthouse offers a variety of activities that are sure to delight, especially families with children. Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

Esta es mi quinta vez en Chengdu. Casi reservé este lugar en octubre pasado, pero después de leer algunas reseñas que decían que la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, elegí otro hotel cerca de la estación de metro. Esta vez, éramos tres amigos y necesitábamos una habitación familiar, así que la reservamos. Incluso nos dieron una habitación superior. ¡Fue fantástico! Desde que bajamos del tren, el guardia de seguridad de la entrada vino inmediatamente a recoger nuestro equipaje. Al registrarnos, la recepcionista incluso nos llevó nuestras dos maletas de 18 kilos hasta la habitación: ¡un detalle genial! Gracias a Xiaolan y Xiaozhao por ayudarnos durante nuestra estancia y por recoger todo lo que dejamos después de la salida. ¡Muy recomendable! El desayuno también estuvo genial; comparado con el desayuno incomible que tomamos en el hotel del Tíbet, ¡este fue muchísimo mejor! 😀

La habitación era tal cual la descripción y nos sentimos cómodos alojándonos tres adultos. Estaba limpia y ordenada, con agua mineral y bebidas ilimitadas. El baño tenía un inodoro inteligente. El servicio de recepción fue excelente; incluso nos trajeron una manta extra cuando la pedimos. El desayuno era muy bueno, abundante y delicioso. No está lejos de Kuanzhai Alley y Kuaixinglou Street, se puede llegar andando. La recepción incluso le dio un pasador de pelo a los niños, lo cual fue un bonito detalle.

¡Excelente, excelente, excelente! Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, es realmente fantástico. El hotel es enorme y, al llegar, me hicieron un upgrade de habitación. Estaba súper limpia y tenía una lavadora, perfecta para lavar la ropa ligera de los últimos dos días. Está muy cerca del Parque del Pueblo, así que me levanté temprano una mañana para ir a tomar el té y dar un paseo. La habitación era bastante tranquila y el personal de recepción muy amable. Especialmente, la olla caliente que recomendó la persona del 326 estaba deliciosa.

No está mal. Incluso tienen un mayordomo. Estábamos trabajando hasta tarde y le pedimos al mayordomo que nos trajera dos botellas de agua extra para el servicio de habitaciones de la mañana y que se deshiciera de unas cajas de mensajería. En diez minutos, el mayordomo ya estaba allí. Muy eficiente. La señora también nos ayudó con el equipaje. El servicio de recepción para recoger y enviar equipaje es muy conveniente. Se puede lavar y secar la ropa uno mismo. En la recepción hay tres pequeñas ninfas que no paran de piar.

El hotel es muy bonito y adaptado a las familias. Nos ofrecieron una mejor habitación por el mismo precio. Fueron muy amables y siempre nos ayudaron a todo. El señor KK-LL estuvo siempre disponible para ayudarnos en cualquier duda. La lavandería es gratuita. Con el calor actual siempre nos daban más agua en recepción. La ubicación es perfecta y muy céntrica, lo cual permite llegar a todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad rápidamente.

Hotel muy satisfactorio, ¡le doy cinco estrellas ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y las instalaciones eran muy completas. Reservamos una habitación doble grande y el espacio era enorme. El chico de la recepción por la noche fue súper amable y nos dio un servicio excelente 👍. Todos los paquetes recibidos se guardaron de forma ordenada, y el robot de entrega de comida fue muy rápido. El desayuno también estaba delicioso 😋. Fue una experiencia increíble, sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez que venga 🥰.

El hotel tiene una decoración sencilla pero elegante, y el vestíbulo es amplio y luminoso. Al entrar, se percibe un ligero aroma que crea un ambiente muy agradable. Todo el personal ofrece un servicio excelente. Durante el check-in, nos ofrecieron una bebida de bienvenida, té de hibisco, y el servicio fue discreto y profesional, sin ser intrusivo. La habitación está bien distribuida, con mucha luz natural, y la ropa de cama es limpia y esponjosa; dormimos profundamente hasta el amanecer. El agua caliente está disponible las 24 horas y los artículos de aseo son de una calidad comparable a la de los hoteles de lujo de cadena. El horario del desayuno es amplio, el menú es apto para todas las edades y los ingredientes son frescos y limpios. En su rango de precios, es una opción inmejorable por su servicio atento, ambiente confortable y excelente ubicación. Sin duda lo elegiré de nuevo en mi próximo viaje y lo recomendaré a mis amigos.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Central International Hotel in Dujiangyan, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in China. First, the location and views are simply mesmerizing. My room overlooked the river and the surrounding mountains, and waking up to that scenery every morning felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting. The flowing river below and the misty peaks in the distance created a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the view from the window was nothing short of spectacular – highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and photography. Cleanliness – absolutely flawless: The entire hotel, from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms, was spotless. Everything smelled fresh and looked well-maintained. I'm quite particular about hygiene, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom was gleaming, and every surface was dust-free. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. 👉 A very special thank you to the Housekeeping Supervisor, who ensured my room was always in perfect condition. Her attention to detail and warm professionalism did not go unnoticed – she truly made me feel cared for during my entire stay. 👉 The front desk team – absolute stars! I would especially like to thank Ms. Kiki and Ms. Vivian at the reception. From the moment I checked in, they were welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to answer all my questions, recommend local attractions, and even helped me with transportation arrangements. Their English was excellent, and their genuine smiles made every interaction a pleasure. They are a real asset to this hotel.
