SSongFantastic hotel location, nearby is city center and has lots of shops to browse through. The room was clean and comfortable, the space was well utilised. Some improvement on soundproof: inside my room, I can hear the voice of my neighbour talking and the sound of those people ringing other room’s doorbell.

許許罡赫早餐豐盛（很日本風），發現住訪客，很多日本人（隔音不好能聽到隔房日本人講話）櫃檯，早餐招待阿姨（使用三國語言跟房客問早），都很親切。位置靠近新竹車站，步行8分可到城隍廟美食商圈，飯店店面有一間全家便利商店，位置方便，附有特約停車場，步行2分，飯店協對面的立體停車場

HHock SengWhen I arrive the hotel, i was initially ”shock” from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

CCarmen JMCleanliness is ok and the bathroom can be seen is newly refurbished without icky looking old tiles. All basic amenities are provided they even have free self service laundry and dryer service. The hotel is generous and even have an individual drinking water dispenser in the room. Fair price with breakfast provided. Couldn't ask for more at this pricing.

UUsuario anónimothe location is great because it is in the heart of the city, the room size is decent for a couple. There is no available breakfast, I don't know why? maybe the cause is COVID-19? but the other hotels have it.. BTW service is slow, I call the hotel personnel to refill my water but what happens is.. the refilling done by tomorrow after my second call on them..
