This charming 5 star boutique hotel is situated on the other side of Zurich (old town and Banhoff strasse) however is on the beautiful lake and is only a short drive to get into town. We stayed in room 405, which was spacious, beautifully designed with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. The management team are beyond friendly, professional and helpful. Every interaction we had with them made us feel like we were personally cared for. They simply were brilliant. A special thanks to the GM Max for looking after us, Michaela your balance of professionalism and friendliness was very much appreciated by us. Thank you Adel for your warm demeanor. David and Daniel went out of their way to help us out always friendly and sweet. Also David thank you for recommending the best fondue restaurant to us which we truly enjoyed. We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel as a family and look forward to coming back. Thank you for making it feel like home during our short stay.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Zurich, a 5-10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. El hotel está al lado de la carretera, por lo que elegimos una habitación en la parte de atrás, que era relativamente tranquila. Llegamos al hotel alrededor de las dos y nos registramos temprano ya que había espacio disponible. A great boutique hotel in old town Zurich. 6 minute walk from Zurich HB train station after our flight into Zurich. Front desk staff Sam was extremely helpful and very polite, spoke English very well. Very clean hotel completely updated and this location is AAA for restaurants and bars, and is also quiet for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was ample to start our day. Coffee was great and a good selection of meats, cheeses, cereal and juice. The chocolate fondue machine at the entrance was really neat!

El hotel está cerca de la autopista y con el autobús (enfrente) es una vez relativamente rápido en la ciudad. El Wi-Fi es sorprendentemente rápido para un hotel de esta clase. Aunque no hay aire acondicionado, pero si tomas las habitaciones con vistas a la calle / estación de servicio, no es demasiado caliente en verano. Tampoco se debe tomar el piso superior. Las habitaciones al final del pasillo son más tranquilas. En la televisión (de reacción rápida) se encuentran suficientes canales para cualquier sabor. Hay un pequeño espacio de trabajo en las habitaciones con algunas atascos y espacio para laptops y algunos documentos. El personal en la recepción es amable, útil y puede proporcionar información adicional. También se pueden comprar entradas para el PPNV. El desayuno es posible a partir de las 5:30 (menos de la semana). Me sentí relativamente tranquilo. Ingreso y desayuno se encuentran en el hotel de hermana, 5-10min. Hemos optado por el albergue porque era más barato. ¡Nos entusiasmamos por el precio que pagamos! Las habitaciones son relativamente nuevas, todo es muy limpio y se beneficia en muchos lugares del servicio 4-Stern: Por ejemplo, tiene varios productos de cuidado, colchones, raseros, botellas de agua en el cuarto, etc. El desayuno también fue muy delicioso y El personal es muy amable y previo. No fue un problema para nosotros ir a pie a un par de minutos al hotel de hermana para almorzar y registrarse, fue la diferencia de precio. Todo en todo absolutamente recomendable!
