It’s a really wonderful hotel. The staff are so attentive (sometimes too much so), and friendly. The hotel is beautiful - an absolute steal for the price. Breakfast was never busy when I was there, and the food was lovely. Location is good - it’s a 10 minute walk into the heart of old town which means it’s much quieter in the evening. Not marking them down for this but I do think housekeeping come round too early every morning. I’m lucky I was awake everyday or they’d have walked in on me sleeping.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble!!! Las instalaciones son completamente nuevas, las habitaciones modernas y con vistas increíbles. Nos trataron genial desde el primer momento, especialmente Rose y Cloe, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros haciendo que nuestra estancia fuese de 10. El desayuno es buenísimo, tienen dos piscinas, una para niños y otra para adultos. El spa y el servicio de masajes es de alta calidad. Recomiendo 100% alojaros en este hotel. Muchísimas gracias a todo el personal!

Excelente estancia para dos chicas. El hotel era muy limpio y hermoso. La ubicación estaba lejos de la antigua ciudad con buen abundante, pero era fácil conseguir un Grab. También nos fuimos de la antigua ciudad a la noche. La mayoría de las tiendas se cerraron en una ruta tranquila, pero no nos sentíamos inseguros. Evaluación integral 4 estrellas. ventaja: 1. Atmósfera ambiental. El complejo tiene un ambiente agradable. La distribución elegante y las plantas verdes son perfectas. De hecho, creo que este entorno me ha permitido perdonar sus deficiencias. 2. Habitaciones de invitados. Las habitaciones de huéspedes también son mis favoritas, especialmente exquisitas, porche, pequeña sala de estar a habitación, arriba. Contamos con 2 habitaciones que están conectadas con la sala familiar, lo cual es particularmente conveniente. Uno de ellos con cuna también es adecuado. 3. Aromaterapia. Buenas noticias, compré algunas botellas de aceite esencial directamente en la TIENDA DE REGALOS del hotel y me fui a casa lentamente. 4. Personal de recepción. El servicio del personal de recepción fue bueno. También me enviaron postales. 5. El bebé participó en el evento del club infantil. Resultó que él era el único. Servicio uno a uno, le gusta. Aprende a hacer linternas Hoi An y a hacer pizza. Es una pena que el farol se aplastara en el camino y llorara amargamente. Desventajas: 1. Instalaciones. No importa si la piscina es pequeña, hay que tener suficiente profundidad. La forma de diamante está empotrada en el medio de la piscina, y el punto es que solo mide 0,7 metros en todos los lados. Hoyo sincero. La familia estaba muy disgustada con la piscina. Nada de agua. El gimnasio es demasiado pequeño y las instalaciones son sencillas. Entonces también estoy interesado en SPA. 2. Según nuestros dos anteriores, el precio es más bajo y el desayuno será mucho mejor. Le doy gran importancia al desayuno en el hotel. En lo que respecta a la variedad, de hecho es un poco, y la calidad es buena. Especialmente proteínas animales. Las opciones son realmente pocas. Espero que Anantara esté mejorando cada vez más, y espero que sus empleados no sigan preguntándome, ¿volverán la próxima vez? Jajajajaja.

Awful experience We stayed at the Rural Scene Village hotel luckily just for one night. This was, nonetheless, time enough for them to make quite a contribution in our trip. Since the very beginning they tried to sell us every kind of service (transfers, tours, tailors, activities and so on). We only wanted to get to our room and had to cope with a 30 minutes chat. Once in the room, we run to the shower, and oh, surprise! The water did not have pressure. I had to go out the shower half naked and call reception to let them now. They assure they would send someone in to check it, so there I was, waiting with the towel, but the time passed and nobody came. After 10 minutes I decided to call again. Then they told me it was fixed and I could take my shower. They couldn’t even care to call to let me know. After that, once we got out of the room, I checked the door was properly closed, but the door did not close. Anyone could open it with just a small push. They tried to fix it without success. We called again and they pointed out that it was no issue since they had cameras, as if that should reassure us, because of course we only had all our belongings in the room. Also, one of the times we wanted to leave the room, we could not open the door, so we were locked in. But the biggest disaster had to do with the laundry. First of all, when we got our clothes, they were not dry and smelled to humidity. First fail. Secondly, one of us realized that she had some things missing. We went down to reception and found out our clothes had been mixed with other customer’s and were in other people’s bags. She had then to sort everything out on the floor to get our clothes. However, something got lost. We then realized that white and dark color clothes were mixed, although we separated the clothes carefully. Last but not least, suddenly the three of us found that some of our clothes were torn. Besides all that, the hotel is not centrally located. It takes about 10-15 minutes by taxi to get to the old town. We decided to change hotel and that was the best decision we made.

Aunque el hotel está lejos de la antigua ciudad de Hoi An, pero el hotel tiene un autobús de enlace, solo necesita reservar con 30 minutos de anticipación. Aunque hay pocos gorriones en el hotel, todos los órganos están disponibles. El personal del vestíbulo es cortés y sincero. Todos los días, cuando veo a algún empleado, le diré una sonrisa educada. Además de la comida caliente en el restaurante de desayunos, habrá diferentes sopas en el menú diario para elegir. También hay 6 tipos de huevos. La cocina se llama fritura para mantener el calor y la piscina. Los bosques que lo rodean son únicos. Vivimos en el tercer piso del ascensor. Nos registramos el día con la ayuda del personal y, por supuesto, nos marchamos para movernos. Soy tan problemático, sé que el personal ha presupuestado la hora de salida y tomó la iniciativa de subir las escaleras para ayudarnos con nuestro equipaje. Realmente me alegré mucho. Espero que la próxima vez que venga elija el Santa Vera Boutique Resort.

No son las mejores bicicletas, sino que hace el trabajo. Los hemos conducido todo el camino a las playas. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Excelente valor y feliz que hemos extendido nuestra estancia.
