Yo y mi familia hemos estado en el Hotel Tasman una noche y estamos muy satisfechos con la experiencia. En primer lugar, el servicio del hotel es muy bueno. El personal Cindy es amable y feliz de ayudar a los ciudadanos, nos acogen con entusiasmo y nos ayudan a hacernos cargo de los procedimientos de estancia. Se preocupan mucho por nuestras necesidades y ofrecen un servicio de estacionamiento de alta calidad. Las habitaciones del hotel son muy amplias y limpias. La cama es muy cómoda, nos sentimos relajados. Las instalaciones en el cuarto están completas, hay una televisión de pantalla grande con cromaca, habitación de alta tecnología. La comida es muy fresca, muchas variedades, probablemente el buffet más fresco que he tenido. Hay muchas opciones, ya sea fruta, yogur, pan, torta o comida caliente. Tenemos unas buenas comidas, sabores y sabores locales. La ubicación del hotel es también muy conveniente. Está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a 5 minutos a pie del mercado de salamanca, y se disfruta de comida y compras cerca. En resumen, pasamos una noche muy agradable en el Hotel Tasman. El servicio del hotel, las habitaciones y el desayuno son muy buenos. Recomendamos firmemente este hotel.

We went to macq01 as a little getaway before our second baby arrives. I hadn’t told the staff that however they noticed I was pregnant and delivered a gift box full of bath salts etc & some chocolates to our room. The rooms there are always beautiful and we love staying at macq01! We’ve stayed multiple times. Highly recommend.

This motel had been recommended to us by relatives for our first Tasmanian trip. We'd chosen a ground floor Queen room and frankly it was the only real disappointment in our trip. To call the shoebox-sized ground-floor Queen room a Queen room is laughable. It might be big enough for a couple of kids with a backpack but for two adult travellers with suitcases the small room was totally inadequate. It's the smallest motel room we have ever been in anywhere in the world. The bed is supposed to be Queen size but we doubt it and the linen was to small for the frame. At 3am every morning we had to re-make the bed as the sheets and matress topper became totally undone. We will not be staying here again and if you have motre than a backpack do not choose the ground floor rooms. The only plus was it was close to the car park.

I am very disappointed as I thought I booked a room in Wrest Point but instead it was in adjacent property called Motor Inn. I felt that I have been cheated as the picture in the booking details showed me Wrest point Towel and not Motor Inn. I thought the room was called Motor Inn as I have not been there to know the existence of Motor Inn. When I queried about it, they said it was the agent's (trip.com) fault . To move to the main tower will cost me an extra of $80. I felt I have been conned and they should have placed the Motor Inn building photo instead of the tower of Wrest Point in their website for booking. (It is deceptive marketing - show you a ferrari for sale and got a lemon after you have paid for it) Motor Inn is an old building and does not have lifts to the room we were allocated and being retirees , we have to carry our bags up to 2 flights of stairs. On top of that, the room walls were not sound proof and you can hear every customer slamming their doors and flushing their toilets. I thought we have booked the room with the sea view instead there were only bushes as a window view. It was so embarrassing when I thought I could request for a room on a higher floor in wrest tower for good views but instead shown out of the door to an old adjacent building call Motor Inn. In all its websites and advertising, there is not 1 photo to show Motor Inn as Wrest Point . It has always being the tower used to promote the sale of their rooms. The Bistro food is poor quality and costly. We order from the caviary and the food came out to be cold and dry. We wanted to try the other 2 restaurants Kwan Ho and the one on the 17 th floor in the main tower but were told they were close. I thought being a top notch hotel, their restaurant will be open 7 days instead they are closed 2 days.( sun and mon). - the days we were there sat,sun,mon) They have a fantastic location but sad to say they don't have the marks of a 5 star hotel. The first picture is what I thought I booked but the second picture is actually what I got. The 3rd picture is what is in the website for booking and the last picture is what you get.

Nice corta playa a pocos metros. Qué muy útil cuando el tostador estalló un circuito. La ubicación es un poco fechada pero agradable. La ubicación es perfecta para nuestras necesidades. No lejos de muchos restaurantes. Recomendación muy buena.

We stayed in the “cottage” set in the old stable quarters of this beautiful turn of the century home. The cottage is a charming studio unit with vaulted ceilings and polished timber floorboards. It is large and spacious and amply equipped with a large fridge, cooking stove, microwave and an attached ensuite. The house is located on one of the busiest roads leading into the CBD but we barely heard the traffic as the cottage was at the back of the house. I understand the rooms in the main house have double glazing to address that issue. There is much to recommend in this place. Ample parking at the back if you have a car tho a tad tricky to manoeuvre a vehicle given the need to turn off a very busy road. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and run by a very affable and engaging Kevin. Kevin serves generous portions of breakfast (bacon and eggs) and copious quantities of coffee from a commercial coffee machine located in the kitchen dining area at the back of the house overlooking a courtyard. We are planning to visit Hobart again next year and Lowenas will be our first choice of accommodation. For its cleanliness, convenience and relaxed ambience at a modest price tag - Highly recommended!

Los apartamentos están a pie a una amplia gama de restaurantes, un Woolworths y un Cole. También hay un pub (casi) a la puerta. Es un corto viaje a la CBD Hobart y hay autobuses públicos en la frente. Nos encantaba al principio porque era bastante ruido (ruido de otros huéspedes y de la carretera), pero esto no afectaba nuestra calidad de sueño. No espere una propiedad de fantasía - esta es una unidad básica pero bien presentada en un punto de precio asequible, no una propiedad de $300/nt. Las escaleras de los apartamentos de arriba son muy estrechas y es difícil llevar grandes casos arriba y abajo.

When we visited the specials on offer in the bar area were between $20.00 - $25.00 The food was good, great potion size and good value for money. After trying a couple of restaurants in Battery Point that were disappointing to say the least, we were so happy we stumbled upon the Prince of Wales Hotel. They also had live music on a Sunday afternoon that was a bonus. The beer was good. Outdoor seating available and some indoor seating was adjacent to big open windows. We had calamari , chips and salad with a really nice spicy aioli and the steak. The only thing that would of made this review 5 stars was if the bar staff member who served us was a bit more personable.

I stayed here one night as I had heard about Montacute and so wanted to check it out. It’s a beautiful building in a quiet location. It’s a backpackers for an older set of customer, or for people willing to pay a little extra than a YHA. A hostel environment with shared kitchen and bathrooms. I paid for a twin for myself - $110 for the night. My younger self would’ve loved it without question, but my older self was a bit tired from my day and so the loud chatter in the corridors late into the evening was a bit tedious. Earplugs helped and anyway after 12am things settled and I could sleep soundly in my comfy bed. Very close to nice coffee shops snd Salamanca.
