Really nice and clean Japanese hotel, staff are helpful. The breakfast has limited options but everything you need is there. Nice and thoughtful amenities counter. I only have one gripe, where I left the room from 10+am to 2pm and came back to rest but it wasn't cleaned yet... maybe you have to alert the staff for room cleaning.

The hotel location is quiet but within 15-20 mins walk to famous landmarks. It is just around the corner from Miu Miu Spa where u can hv great massages at reasonable prices. The hotel room is very clean n new with all the modern conveniences within reach. The amenities provided are so practical n of good quality. Breakfast consists of yumny Japanese, Vietnamese n international options. The service staff at all fronts are polite, efficient and professional. At this price point, there is nothing to fault about the hotel. Highly recommended hotel whether you are on business or holiday.

Very clean and new hotel

The best choice I have ever had in Saigon! Very reasonable price, great location, impressive services, and completed all necessities e.g. gym, swimming pool, facial mask, luggage locker! It only takes short walk to centre of city and miu miu spa 😆😆 will definitely book it again if i visit HCMC!

Aircon is not cold enough tried to adjust but still hot , room is too small but overall hotel is quite new and near by many shop and food stalls

Service is good. Just like in Japan. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. No vending machine. Breakfast has some Japanese and western varieties. Food are served hot but fish are overcooked. Oven for the bread can be better with upper and lower heater for better toast. The butter for the bread is good. There is a free locker to store luggage upon check out.

Excellent location, newly built infrastructure but clearly not meant for HCMC. The rooms are small, lack a proper cupboard, essentially designed to replicate Japanese hotels since it’s a JP brand but its prices are extremely high for the value that you get in VN. In the same price one could get much better experience.

We loved that the hotel has a swimming pool on the top floor. The location is also great, not too far from downtown and it’s nice and quiet.

Highlights: Newly opened Hotel, everything is unused. Very close to the airport, downtown and Saigon river. Japanese style, very efficient and clean Very fluent in English Lowlights: Hope to provide an additional exchange service too.

A brand new hotel with all necessary facilities and amenities. The hotel also provides additional toiletries and sachet of beverages eg. Ice lemon tea etc at the lift lobby for the guests (very unique services). The hotel location was good with many eateries around. Japanese style breakfast was served at the 2nd floor of the hotel.

Great location, clean, decent sized rooms, friendly service. Great if you're looking for a comfortable place to rest for a reasonable price. In addition body wash, shampoo and conditioner, the hotel also supplies face masks, cleansing oil, and pore cleaners :).
