Very satisfied with the service in the hotel. I was hunting to a good hotel for several days and finally chose this one. Before leaving China, I knew this is the same hotel as the one we would have two days’ meeting. The hotel is tidy and clean. The breakfast is of many choices, Chinese food, Vietnam food, bread,fruits etc.They are of great taste. There are many restaurants in the ground floor next to the hotel. Also there are many good restaurants near the hotel. Museums are not far too.It’s very convenient. I had pleased experience in the hotel.

Superb chain hotel and never make me disappointed. Easy walking to go sightseeing at tourist attractions around.

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!

Great stay. Excellent breakfast, centrally located, near many nice restaurants and things to do. Pool and kids area were closed for renovation so had to use the residences pool.

Clean, good location right in front of Central Post Office. The room was quiet as I asked, comfortable bed, good linens.

Staff were very responsive especially with our request in email. Great place to stay. Room is big. Food is delicious

Hotel's location is perfect, close to all atractions, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast! Big thanks to chef for preparing gluten free pastry corner.

The location is fantastic, but they really need to step up their cleaning.

Have to request for the basic dental kit which is quite bad for a 5 stars hotel.

The hotel itself is great. Very comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious. Talking to local expats they said the brunch restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in the city and I would tend to agree. The view was nice and the room was spacious. The sauna was also great! The location of the hotel was also fantastic! Perfect for exploring District 1! Hotel was also clean and staff were friendly. The staff also gave us money for a taxi when we couldn’t get any of our ATM cards to work! Very helpful! Couple of things that could be improved: the swimming pool area seems less for relaxation and fun and more like a “business trip doing laps pool”. The space could be used better with maybe a bar and some more lighting at night? Also, we asked for a room upgrade as we had extended our stay and I feel like the staff should have just told us “no upgrade available” but they at first promised a bigger room and then took us on a roundabout tour of all the “club member” features that we weren’t interested in and then said the only room available to upgrade to is worse than the current one. I think in this situation just better to say “nothing available sorry” and move on. Anyway, overall a fantastic and relaxing experience. If I was to come back I would definitely choose the Intercontinental because I know I’m going to have a wonderful time!

Great hotel with a central location. Rooms are clean and big and breakfast is good with a diverse variety. Service is very thoughtful and friendly.
