Un excelente hotel, muy nuevo, gran servicio del personal. Hay mucho personal que no habla nada de ingles, lo cual si es un inconveniente. El centro de ski muy agradable, las instalaciones del hotel definitivamente eran muy buenas, la comida también nos pareció buena.

We had a fantastic week in the heart of Turkey, filled with sunshine and great skiing. The hotel is new, and it's evident that some things are still being fine-tuned. However, these are minor details that don't overshadow the overall impression of the perfect facilities for a winter vacation. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, right next to the cable cars. The amenities of the hotel, including services like wellness, pool, and ski room, are of a high standard. We opted for half-board, and the food was truly excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The only downside was the "astronomical" prices of drinks at the hotel bar, which surprised us, but we adjusted. Overall, it's a hotel with high-quality services, an ideal location, and a perfect place for a relaxed winter vacation with both family and friends. Thank you, and we will definitely return sometime in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The overall ambiance was delightful, the food was delicious, and the hamam experience was simply perfect. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always smiling and eager to assist with any request. The room cleaning is top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and tidy stay is for the food. The food is delicious and satisfying, also offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. I must say the hotel is absolutely the best choice. The staff is friendly and smiling. I appreciate Hatice Nur Zeybek’s special interest towards us, she was asking us about our holiday and wanted to make sure that everything was on track.
