Valoraciones de Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima

La ubicación del hotel es la mejor de Hiroshima, tengo que decir. Está a menos de 10 minutos a pie del Castillo de Hiroshima, a 15 minutos del Domo del Bombardeo Nuclear y justo al lado de una de las plazas comerciales más grandes de Hiroshima. Sin embargo, las comodidades y el servicio son bastante decepcionantes. Internet muy lento, aire acondicionado roto y desayuno terrible son algunas de las muchas quejas que tengo. Por cierto, tienen spa, gimnasio y piscina cubierta que ninguno de ellos es utilizable. Tienes que ser miembro o pagar extra para usarlos. Muy ridículo, deberían indicar la condición en la aplicación antes de que alguien reserve el hotel. Gran desventaja de mi parte.

Overall Experience: As a frequent traveler to Japan, I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima, which unfortunately was the worst service I have experienced so far in Japan. The management exhibited poor leadership, and the lack of empathy towards guests left me feeling unwelcome and distressed, particularly during a challenging personal situation. Pros: 1. Room Quality: Despite the overall disappointing experience, there were some positives. I booked a superior corner room on a high floor, offering a stunning view. The room although old was quite also clean. 2. Some exceptional Staff: While the majority of the staff lacked training and basic hospitality skills, there were standout individuals such as Miss Forde from Barbados and some lunch staff who provided excellent service and warmth. Cons: 1. Front Desk Service: The front desk service, particularly by the assistant manager, Miss Shinagawa, was abysmal. I had a family emergency and had to extend my stay one more night, but could not book the same room type online. My fiancé also could not join me last minute and I wanted to see if I could get a refund on the 2 breakfasts that was paid for. Miss Shinagawa displayed coldness and impatience, refusing to listen to my concerns and kept interrupting me. This lack of empathy left me deeply distressed and upset, and only the intervention of Miss Forde helped salvage the situation. The manager, Miss Sasaki, although appearing apologetic, failed to provide any meaningful solutions or compensation for the poor treatment. I canceled my last night here, and Miss Sasaki recommended other hotels in the area, instead of trying to retain me as a guest. In the end, I was given an early check-in as I was crying in the lobby due to my family emergency and the lack of empathy shown. 2. Amenities: The hotel's amenities were disappointing, with additional charges for even extra basic necessities like water. The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. 3. Breakfast: While the breakfast itself was satisfactory, the service left much to be desired. The management's poor oversight was evident when I was abruptly chased out of the dining area before finishing my meal, despite only 10 mins after last order and the staff was still cleaning up. The refusal to accommodate my request to take the remaining fruits to my room highlighted the lack of consideration for guests' needs. They would rather throw away some grapes I had left instead of letting me finish eating them. In conclusion, my experience here was marred by incompetent management, lack of empathy, and poor service standards. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hiroshima. There are better and more modern hotels in the area, at lower prices and better trained staff, one example is The Knot hotel.

Fabulous hotel with stunning views. Super sized room with extremely comfy beds. You are well placed for both the peace park and castle.

PROS: Unbeatable central location in Hiroshima with large, clean rooms and great views of the city. The rooms were reasonably priced. CONS: This hotel is extremely dated and ultimately this impacted on the comfort of our stay - neither of us slept well on any night due to very old bed/pillows. They were also strict about their 15.00 check in time (seemingly regardless of whether our room was ready or not). This led to unnecessary queues from 15.00 onwards. Overall, would book elsewhere if staying again for more than 1 night in Hiroshima.

Old but gold, also the spontaneous booking for another night went smoot with great service. Laundry service is great!

Excellent location Near shopping malls as well Hotel room is spacious

We only stayed there for one night in Hiroshima but I think the hotel and the room were very dated. Nothing much to praise about except it’s clean and it’s located pretty close to the attractions of Hiroshima eg. the atomic bomb and the Peace Museum as well as all the eateries and shops.

excellent location. Right at the city center, within walking distance to the airport shuttle bus.

As a four star hotel, you would expect that as guests you can enjoy the full range of facilities. However you need to pay extra to use the pool and the spa. The room is quite spacious but nothing too fanciful. Breakfast buffet is good if you paid for it.

It was cheap but beautiful.And it's very near to some main sightseeing sites.

Amazing location and perfect well managed bedrooms m, the one in the corner was never better.

가족끼리 오랜만에 일본 히로시마로 여행을 다녀왔습니다. 많은 호텔이 있었지만, 위치와 편의상 리가로얄을 예약했고, 지내는 동안 불편함없이 있었습니다. 아이가 있어서, 더블베드와 쇼파베드가 있다는 방을 예약 했지만, 여기 호텔에는 그런 방은 없다고 하였습니다. 여기저기 알아봐준 직원분이 더 미안해 하셨습니다. 좋은 위치의 방을 배정해 주셔서 히로시마 시내를 방에서 잘 감상했습니다.

很滿意的一家酒店 位置好，房間一大塊玻璃的窗把廣島城和博物館、體育館收入眼底，賓館坐落於一mall中，距原子爆圓頂館一箭之遙； 酒店內裝修還蠻新； 幫我們運送行李的是一位身材嬌小的女士，堅決不讓我們動手，很感動也心存歉意； 需要提醒攜程的是停車費已經上漲到一天2750日元，而不是攜程app上顯示的2200日元，上漲幅度很高的！ 購買的酒店早餐品種也很豐富，就是提供的和食口感口味太不盡如人意，不知道是不是為了迎合入住的歐美遊客，還是大廚水平不行，反正就是一句話：和食都是怪怪的一種甜的發膩的味道。
