We loved our unit B308 a lot! A lot of custom touches and amenities provided by the owner of the unit. We were packed for a long weekend trip with 2 children but the unit was already stacked with all we needed for a 3 night stay! The pool was clean, quiet and family friendly, access to the beach was extremely close! The premises were under security check regularly through the day. Plenty of parking space and our van was in sight from our patio the entire time. We didn’t get the type of room service you would expect from a typical hotel but trash bins were nearby and we were okay tidying up ourselves! The unit we stayed had a full kitchen and stacked with the type of stuff you will need for a beach getaway, chairs, life jacket, kids toys, utensils, etc. We went to the island for a first time and the resort was a great destination for my family!

Was very pleased with the resort. After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous as to what it would be like. But the Villa was perfect, it was clean and inviting. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool and beach bar though a little pricey it fit our needs. Only negative about the villa was the hallway. The air was so hot it took your breath away. Maybe consider fans to have some air flowing...

We arrived a day early and the front desk was a bit snarky but in the end SUPER helpful! We were able to get a room for the night and then was able to get into our reserved room early the next day. Wow is all I can say about the beach front villa! So cute, clean, comfortable and what a view!
The first night we ate at the resort restaurant, service was excellent and food was good.
Huge pool, easy access to the beach. Overall a great place to stay!

Unit A136 was completely disgusting. Started out with dried up bloody sticky substance on the shower floor.. The shower walls where filled the scum, as if it had not been cleaned in years, the shower curtain had mold and dirt everywhere. Very dissatisfied.

Beautiful property! Easy access to pool and beach. The only thing that wasn't the best was the mattress on the bed! Everyone was kind and respectful. We had a wonderful time!

This place was filthy and mold infested. I paid a premium for this place only to be charged $150 for housekeeping which didn’t exist. They charge you for extra towels. My bathtub was clogged with hair. The TV’s had one remote and a post-it note stating that it worked in both rooms. The TV’s were set to turn off automatically after an hour or less of use. The bunk beds lacked rails and were unsafe for use. The whole place smelled like wet ********. The room had a worn out 70’s feel. Everything was dusty and dirty. You had to remove your out trash before leaving or face consequences. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say, I could have rented two or three rooms up the street athe Hampton in for the price I paid for my two night stay at this place.

This place is not worth the money. I will not ever stay here again. Blood stains on the couch. You have to wash your sheets and towels yourself. You have to buy the detergent. It’s hard to navigate to your room. The pool is subpar. Tv channels were incorrect on tv guide list.

Very conveniently located, quiet, safe, a short walk to the beach. Even though the water was shut off 2 nights during our stay, it did not interfere with our very enjoyable stay.

my family has been coming to beach and tennis for over 10 years theres nothing we dont love about it, although the condo we stayed in could have been cleaner. there was sand on the floor once you walked in.
