This is a great hotel. My room was really comfortable, nice comfy bed. I appreciated the empty fridge for my water, variety of glasses provided. Kettle and coffee machine provided. I was extremely impressed with the buffet breakfast and evening meal, both included in my half-board. Totally delicious, massive variety, every meal delicious. Outdoor pools very clean and well cared for. Thermal pool inside and outside. I would definitely go back to this hotel. You can easily walk to the thermal lake from the hotel. The hotel kindly lent us woggles without charge. I loved the lake and would love to return there. We paid for a three hour session, a very memorable experience. I had two massages at the hotel, they were great. I would really like to go back to this location and if I did would definitely return to this hotel.

I came here to treat my bad back in the thermal waters which hotel has in its own pools in the basement. In addition you can see the doctor who will examine you and prescribe treatment plan for which they give you package price. Therefore in this sense I have fulfilled purpose of my visit. However all facilities need modernisation. It is privatised communist block. Whoever bought it from the state - maintains it but does not update it much. We have stayed in a suite on the 4th floor - room remembers 1980s. It is functional, practical and clean but this standard absolutely does not justify 300 Euros per night! Pictures on the booking website are heavily photoshopped. I pay that much for a suite in a French Rivera and not in the town 200 km from Budapest! Fair enough - half board was included but food was blunt cantine style. Desert options were stand out - there was large selection of mini cakes. Overall I did enjoy my stay and everyone works really hard there to run it smoothly but I felt I have overpaid for the quality of accomodation. If you are after treatments - don’t include Sunday in your stay as therapists do not work that day. You can only use thermal pools - one quite warm, another very warm. Pool area is very busy on Saturday afternoon so I will avoid weekend next time. The best time is to come before breakfast. They have sauna - very good, steam room - unless you stand in front of the steamer you won’t feel anything. Please rethink the prices or invest in a modernisation for us to be returning.

We stayed 7 nights in the Lotus Therme hotel in Aug 2021. 3rd stay here and they cannot dissapoint us. The positives: -Nice location in a big, nicely kept park. -Friendly and professional staff - everywhere they are very helpful, polite, nice and responsive -Rooms are comfortable and are kept very clean and in a good condition -The common areas are also in good shape and are kept very clean. -The food is great! Huge variety, tasty, plentiful. Sweets are amazing :-) In the top 3 regarding food and service I experienced in Hungary out of Budapest. -Nice and clean wellness area, with outdoor pool, big number of sun beds. You can see the hotel and the wellness were built some time ago (maybe mid 90s), so style and arrangement is a bit old fashioned, but they keep everything in perfect shape and you get all you need. -Live music in the evenings by the pool The negatives: -The basic pillows are weird - incredibly soft. Make sure you look at the pillow menu and they will bring you a pillow of choice. -Pool area can get a bit crowded in high season. Great stay, great and well managed hotel, will return.

Es muy conveniente tener dos desayunos y cenas por el dinero gastado, e ir de compras a la calle peatonal. ¡Su relación precio / rendimiento es buena! ¡Vale la pena intentarlo de nuevo! También muy cerca de las aguas termales, ¡deberías volver a las aguas termales la próxima vez!

El hotel en sí era muy agradable. Desafortunadamente, el guardia de estacionamiento arruinó toda nuestra experiencia y todo nuestro fin de semana. Llegamos más tarde la noche y estacionamos en un parque de estacionamiento exterior - sin marcas ni números. La mañana siguiente nos fuimos y volvimos a la tarde de la tarde y estacionamos en otro lugar sin marcar. Luego el guardia de estacionamiento viene a la piscina y comienza a señalar y gritar para que salga de la piscina - frente a todos los huéspedes - y reparar el coche porque no estaba estacionando en el mismo (no marcado) lugar que aparqué a la tarde de la noche anterior en la oscuridad. Estoy allí, gotando humedad y este tipo me grita - ¿cómo os atrevo a estacionar en otro lugar. Y a salir y reparar el coche. Claro que no. En ningún momento el hotel nos informó que nos permitían estacionar en este lugar y no en otro. Más tarde, la noche empezó a gritar no sólo a mí, sino también a mi prometido, tratando de usar un argumento estúpido que no voy a entrar en la habitación de alguien más. No. No. Pero la habitación tiene un número y una llave. El espacio de estacionamiento tampoco tenía. ¿Por qué yo - un huésped pagador- debería pedir permiso al guardia de estacionamiento para usar mi coche? No te acerques a este hotel si es posible! Han arruinado todo nuestro fin de semana.

The recent heat wave (August 2023) was hard to bear so we booked a fully air conditioned hotel with a pool to escape the heat for a few days. We are very well travelled and no strangers to hotels but this hotel is absolutely wonderful. It would take ages to point out all the small details that they get absolutely right and to explain that the management clearly know their business. It is rare to find such service and we shall return. The setting and the architecture are just amazing. The trees, the flowers, the marble finishes and the superb spa facilities. Everything is spotlessly clean and everything works flawlessly. Great staff in all departments and then there is the food . . . . It will take ages to diet off the extra kilos after so much top quality lamb, venison, smoked salmon, beef, pork, chicken – all presented with perfection. What a superb high standard. The buffet is just out of this world. The porter brought our luggage in from the car and returned it to the car when we left . . . now it's a long time since that happened. They say that “Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten” so just get booked and pay the bill with a smile as it is worth every Euro and actually not really expensive at all. You will never regret it.

die Zimmer sind komfortabel und zweckmäßig mit Balkon ausgestattet, ein Lob an die Küche wir waren 11 Tage vor Ort und es hat immer ein sehr gutes Frühstück sowie Abendessen gegeben vom Buffet da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten, sehr leckkeres abwechslungsreiche Mahlzeiten mit sehr freundlichem Service......... Sehr angenehm sind natürlich die Wellnessangebote vom Swimmingpool über den Saunabereich sowie die Thermalbäder, darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen großen Hydropool zum Schwimmen und Wassermassagen über die das Hotel verfügt. Nicht gefallen · eine Kleinigkeit fanden wir schade da wir Raucher sind würden wir uns wünschen noch eine weitere Smoking Area wäre vorhanden gewesen.......... ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen und kommen gerne wieder............
