Tosi huono varauspalvelu ja jopa asiakaspalvelu. Maksoin hotellihuoneen, mutta koodia hotellihuoneelle ei lähetetty. Soitin maksulliseen aspaan, jossa kerrottiin, että tämä johtuu siitä, että en todistanut henkilöllisyyttäni (vaikka ei ollut mitään paikkaa missä pystyin tekemään sen) lähetin heille kuvan henkkareista, joka ei myöskään riittänyt heille. Aspahenkilöstö möläytti huoneen numeron, jolla pääsin sitten sisälle. Hän soitti vielä myöhemmin uudelleen koska henkilöllisyyttäni ei vieläkään pystytty varmentamaan ja oli hiljaa maksullisessa puhelussa 6minuuttia ja sitten sulki sen puhelun sanomatta mitään. Tunti myöhemmin vartijat tulee ovelle tarkistamaan henkilöllisyyttä, jolloin tämä saatiin hoidettua. Yhteensä olin n.25minuuttia puhelussa aspan kanssa, ei luulisi että on näin vaikeaa päästä huoneeseen mistä olet maksanut.

Struttura a pochi km da Helsinki, facilmente raggiungibile con i servizi Bolt, ecc. Camere ben disposte e con una buona pulizia. L'unica nota negativa è il servizio di cech-in, non ci è stato dato il codice di ingresso ed è stata dura entrare nella struttura. Sol grazie alla gentilezza e professionalità di Trip.com siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema, parlando con un ragazzo nella nostra lingua e molto bravo

Bien ubicado y la lavandería es un plus en cada piso es complementario, parece un salón universitario. Pero muy agradable, cerca de un supermercado y transporte público.

Qué puedo decir, es un lugar para dormir. La habitación no estaba limpia, justo al lado de mi cama en el suelo había un vendaje ensangrentado y el baño olía a alcantarillado. Seguro que es de bajo presupuesto, pero no esperaba el nivel de un albergue de 30 euros. Lo elegí por ubicación, pero no lo haré en el futuro.

An okay appar**ent hotel, only complaint would be that i had to climb above the entrance door to get to the fuse box in order to up the temperature in the bathroom
Forenom was however alright to get in touch with on order to fix the problem.

Forced ventilation could be improved; because of highway noise the windows needs te be kept shut most of the time.

I liked the gentrified quarter. Besides being located next to the autobahn, Forenom is situated next to some new apt., a 24-hour S-Market and an apteeki and breakfast Cafe Picnic. A new Prisma Mall and Lidl is on the other side of the Main road on the short way to Metro Station, as well a K-Market ... The Metro Lines 1 and 2 Go to the Main Station in under 20 Minutes, crossing the Waters of Kulosaari and kalasatama! My apt. seemed renovated, calm and very Clean, besides an hard to close Window ... Loved the Floor heating in the bathroom! Clean, modern Big Communal kitchen and Sauna in the basement. Unfortunately only short Sauna Window for men and women, 2 hours in the afternoon/evening. On top great price for a small apt. with amenities such as micromave and fridge. Recommendable!
