Great stay at this very well located Premier Inn. Easy to get to. Ample hotel parking for £6/24hrs. Great town centre location for pubs and eateries. Room was spotless. Breakfast very good. Then there were the staff ...can I give the staff a 6* rating please? Absolutely brilliant. Thank you all

We had a very good stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was a good size and very clean. Great location by the marina and close to the town centre. We even had a box of chocolates left in our room for us. Thank you. We'll be back.

Had an ejoyable stay, location was handy for the centre and also very close to the river. Staff were lovely

This was an overnight stay after a theatre trip Parking on site was good. The hotel was good and the room was nice Staff were friendly but they were short staff We had dinner here but the menu was cut short as no staff Breakfast lots to pick from The room was hot as heating was on but we did tell the girl at reception and she switched it over to air con but the room was still hot

Lovely comfortable stay. Good continental breakfast, cooked also available, with lovely fresh fruit and healthy options.

The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was a problem for them when we arrived they left a teddy and some colouring books for my children honest can’t thank the staff enough they made you feel like the most important people in the world would recommend

The hotel was easy to find and had adequate parking if you include the overspill just opposite. The window in our first room didn't close and we were bothered by the beeping of the pedestrian crossing outside. However having mentioned this to the young lady at reception we were quickly moved and given a glass of wine each. Later I asked for a phone charger and a different member of staff kindly lent me hers. It is little touches like this that really make a hotel. The room facilities were fine, as expected from a Premier Inn. Only 4 stars though as a lot of the menu was unavailable.

This is a town centre hotel with parking, good in itself, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious and airy and comfortable and overall, for a town centre location, it was quiet. Food good if not somewhat typical of a hotel menu. Ideally situated on the quay side and for exploring the local attractions.
