Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

The best service during the trip in Vietnam. The team always are helpful and with kindly smile. Recommend as per below points: 1. Provide efficient and interesting daily trip advice 2. Provide resto recommendations depends on guest preference, which includes local Vietnam food, snacks, vegan food 3. Welcome drinks and kindly catch up during check in 4. Wonderful sky bar drinks 5. Efficient email to let guests know night market arrangement 6. Super clean room and trendy decorations. Bed sheet has been ironed. 7. Many choices for international TV Channels 8. Good location for one night stay as in the center of the old town Last but not least, thx for Aubrey’s help to make us the day!

Amazing stay at this small hotel. Hotel is new and clean. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and hotel provided four fluffy pillows (which is rare because normally it’s just two flat ones). Sometimes we came back to take a break and ended up falling asleep because it was too comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and we also requested for laundry to be done for a fee (50k per kg) and it was done within a day. Location is great with lots of food options!

El hotel está situado en el centro de Hanoi Old Quarter, a la derecha de la esquina hay una famosa tienda de pólvora, y a 3 minutos a pie hay uno de los mejores tiendas de pólvora (Banhmi LongHoi es el nombre de la tienda) Personal también fue muy útil. Llamó a taxis para nosotros, nos ayudó a traducir pedidos de alimentos, e incluso nos dijeron dónde ir a un buen tipo de cambio (aunque ellos mismos cambian monedas!) Si pudiera subtraer medio punto para la limpieza, yo, pero, vamos, El hotel está en el centro del viejo barrio, y será un poco sucio.

El hotel está muy bien situado en la zona del 'Old Quarter' El personal es súper atento, amable y amigable (nos ayudaron a organizar la excursión a Ninh Bình ofreciendonos muchísimas opciones). Las instalaciones son nuevas y la habitación era grande y espaciosa con balcón. El equipo de limpieza hace un magnífico trabajo, siempre que volvíamos estaba todo limpio y ordenado. (Las habitaciones disponen de todas las comodidades:gel, champú, secador, cepillo de dientes...) Nosotras solo cogimos el desayuno y estaba riquísimo. Todos los días tenían variedad de fruta, tostadas, cereales, también comidas calientes como Bacon, noodles. También nos reservaron el transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto Si volviera a Hanoi, sin duda volvería aquí. Lo recomiendo al 100%

La ubicación cerca de muchos establos locales. A unos 10 a 15 minutos a pie de la sala de la ciudad donde sus líderes se descansan. Es refrigerado (aire acondicionado). Facilitado para acceder a la tienda conveniente para cerveza, snack y otros. El hotel dispone de piscina interior con agua de advertencia. También hay baño de vapor y piscina caliente, etc. Es muy relajante.

La ubicación del hotel es relativamente remoto para la próxima colina, pero la zona de la habitación del hotel es grande. Es tipo de apartamento del hotel, una habitación por habitación es también limpia, muy tranquila y muy barata.
