We stayed here for 3 nights and will return after a trip to Sapa. We like the convenient location. The hotel is in a small side alley and very quiet at night which is a big plus with all the traffic and noise along main roads. Breakfast Buffet is nice and plentiful. The best thing about this hotel however is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They will take care of all your needs, including travel arrangements. A special thank you goes out to the manager, Mr Harry. We had a small problem with a water leak in our room and he quickly solved it by offering us another more upscale room which we very much appreciated.

Good breakfast. The staff were really kind! Ms. Rose and Mr. Dong were really kind with me. I booked one day before arrive and got all assistance. The room is nice, and the hotel is good located, you can do everything walking. Thank you for everything

thank you so much for our beautiful stay. the room with balcony ( free upgrade ) is bery nice. the breakfast is nice with vegan food for us. Mr Peter is very helpful and kind. the tour Mr Ding supports to book for Ha Long and Ninh Binh is good price and comfortable

I really like my vacation in S central Hotel. Good location, breakfast very well as beef noddle,... The sfaffs in here very awesome. Mr Ding, Ms Rose in reception very good. Also I like ha long tour by Mr Harry operator for me. Thank you so much for everything

Everything is lovely. We have good room and good breakfast. Mr Dong help for tour is excellent. All staff is, very helpful. I like ha long Bay tour and Ninh Binh tour. I love hanoi and I will recommend to everyone. I will be back in the near future

Room was very very run-down and unclean. Shower didn't work. Had to get maintenance in to fix i while we were in the room. We didn't get the roll away bed we asked for. Instead after asking multiple times a very rude lady and some young boys bought in a mattress topper and 1 sheet and put them on the floor . No pillow, no Doona. Shower was patched up but still had boiling hot water squirting out of random place's. 4 flights of stairs to get up and down with bags. Now to the church bells... The room we were given was in a separate hotel than we booked. Apparently owner has 4 hotels in close proximity. We were put in the one right beside the church. The church bells start at 6am and continue until 11pm every 30 mins with extra long ones at 6 am and 6 pm.. The noise was defining inside the room let alone on the balcony. We asked if the bell went all night and were told they finish at 5. That was a lie. This place is a nightmare. Breakfast was terrible. Not fresh. No fresh eggs or coffee. Breakfast room was in the basement. Tiny and stuff. Very disappointed with this hotel. Linen was all torn and tattered. Pillows looked years old. Never again.

Family room was spacious, bathroom was simple but good, breakfast was simple and good, can ask for the pho. Massage service was average as it seemed to be new - would pick a dedicated massage place in future. Prebooking service was great with recommendations for Halong bay trip.

The hotel has a great location, a little withdrawn from some of the very busy Hanoi streets, but still right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral right next to the Hoan Kiem lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful with booking trips and giving advise. The restaurant for breakfast is quite small, so make sure to get there early in the morning for a good seat.

The hotel is ideally located, next to St. Joseph Cathedral, the Ngoc Son Temple, and Hoan Kiem Lake. The room is super spacious, clean, and very comfortable beds. Hotel reception service 24h, there is always someone there in case you arrive too late or early. We ordered a cab service to the hotel and it was waiting for us until we arrived (after a long queue at immigration). We had planned to spend two days in Hanoi and then go to Ha Long Bay, but had not booked the cruise for lack of recommendation from the hotel. They helped us decide which cruise we wanted, letting us see all the options (different budgets), and even showed us some that we had already seen. They booked us the cruise, the round trip to the bay and back. As we are a bit of a disaster, we didn't have the internal trains for the trip booked. Mr. Dong helped us with the search and purchase of the 3 extra trains we needed. Giving us time options and different prices. I have to say that he fixed our trip from top to bottom. Eternally grateful for the service and help you have given us.

Excellant location for a hotel in old quarter. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend and support planning your stay in and around Hanoi. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of European style and Asian cuisine. The room was very spacious and cleaned to a very high standard. The room was slightly dated and showing signs of wear and tear but comfortable and clean throughout. Aircon also very good. Wi-Fi through the hotel strong. I read some comments around construction noise. It’s nothing major that will disturb your sleep or time at the hotel. Construction work starts later in the day and finishes before the evening. Great first stay location in Hanoi

飯店位老城區挺方便服務普通，就說了我們有買klook行程，但一直想推銷行程，夜間值班服務人員總是很不耐煩的樣子，一樓的房間，廁所都會有廚房備膳的味道，整體來說不是很滿意。

Check in was easy, and the staff was friendly. The airport shuttle to the hotel was 316000 VND and they even helped me get a car to another hotel near the airport for 300000 VND, which was cheaper than Grab. The location in the Old Quarter is super awesome. The Cathedral is only two blocks away and there are many restaurants, street food vendors, spas, pharmacies, and souvenir shops within a 5 minute walking radius.

The location was great. Near to everything. The Ms.Rose Harry and Mr.Tom receptionist was very kind and helpful.
