Muy cerca del aeropuerto y transporte conveniente. El lugar para comer cerca no es lo suficientemente bueno.

You know how sometimes when you arrived at a hotel and it blew your expectations? This is one of them. With less than 24 hours transit in Hanoi, I decided to not go into the city where most of yhe standard hotels are at. Arriving at night, I went straight to bed. With a few hours to kill before my flight, I was surprised to experience the Vietnamese hospitality at its finest. I walked around the area, and found a charming farm plot on my way to do plane spotting. A sweet aunty offered me tomatoes fresh off from the vines, for free! Okay, going back to the hotel itself. For the price I paid, it was truly stretched. It comes with breakfast..fresh fruits, eggs, and pho, coffee and juice. The room is spacious, and even has a balcony. You could hear the plane as it's very near to the runway. Lots of clientele of this hotel look like they're traveling too. There's plenty of shops and a 24 hour massage parlor + spa nearby the hotel (less than 100 meter)..there's even late night Pho shop. Ohh, there's a rooftop pool overlooking the runway...I think I like this place a lot! It was a layover but beyond!

Paragon Hotel is only 5 minutes drive from the airport and therefore extremely convenient for a staging-post for the rest of your holiday in Vietnam. Our family stayed there both our way into the country and just before we left. The hotel smells really clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more generous than some of the more expensive hotels in Hanoi and Paragon also serves an inexpensive dinner menu. The rooms are simple, but tidy and clean - and with free water, toothbrushes, shower gel and shampoo. Our family found the beds perfectly comfortable overnight.

Travelers BEWARE BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK
Worst hotel I've ever stay. Scammer hotel. Stated free shuttle to airport but reception ask for a ridiculous amount of money where you can easily book a grab for 40K. Ask to speck to manager. I was told manager was off duty she was the manager. Zzzzzzz
Bought water at double the price of the provision shop outside. As for receipt but they don't provide.
I think the reception pocket the money.
Owner of the hotel should take action immediately. Or if you don't provide the free service pls don't state it on your services to scam

Kindly note that Paragon Hotel & Pool is in the same building as Paragon Hotel & Residence and is of 5 minutes walk away from the main road. It is advisable to travel by hotel car to the hotel and back to the airport as the airport transfer passes through highway toll. Arrangements to pick me up from the airport to the hotel are quick but must be done in advance. The staff can communicate in English very well through WhatsApp. There is no deposit to pay upfront. The room is clean but the bathtub is not separate from the toilet bowl by a wall. So, when showering, the water is scattered onto the floor despite rolling the bathtub curtain. The accessible rooftop allows me to view the beautiful countryside of Hanoi and the aircraft flying towards the runway and airport of Hanoi and I like the rooftop area. The breakfast contain fruits and salad, which are better than hotels in Thailand. It is a great improvement from previous reviews that did not praise the breakfast served. The rooftop pool is clean and families appear to jump into the pool at night. I stay here solely for aircraft-spotting and I will stay here again for aircraft-spotting purpose if I visit Hanoi again.

This hotel is simple and clean so good for those who need to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and the whole hotel seemed well maintained and clean. The location, although wonderful for flights, also meant that we didn’t sleep very well due to the noise. The planes taking off nearby did disturb sleep (but not as much as the very talkative cockerel owned by one of the close neighbouring properties). However, other than the noise, the beds were very comfortable and, because thankfully I packed ear plugs, it was very possible to get a good nights sleep!
