I wish they can provide better check in services, since i arrived at 3am to check in my stuff in. Everything is good since the price is affordable.

This accommodation is signed as a Hostel. The photograph's are very deceiving. When I arrived there was 2 large, stained mattresses stored in the Reception/ Dining Room. Our Deluxe Balcony Room on the 6th floor was appalling. Dated furniture which was well worn out, the wall fan is at head height and the Aircon is useless. The elevator only goes to the 5th floor. There is a digital key pad which requires a 6 figure code to exit the only door; this is a safety hazard in a fire. The staff are rude. There is no staff available after 6pm. The hallways are blocked by the Maids trolleys but you never see any maids. Don't expect your room to be cleaned or given toilet paper. Information is passed via WhatsApp however don't expect a reply within 24 hours.

The room was small and came with very basic amenities. My check-in process was a bit confusing as the receptionist (or possibly the hotel owner, I’m not entirely sure) hadn’t been notified of my reservation. However, the room was clean, and its location was very convenient, being right next to the street, which made it easy to call a taxi. Overall, it was a good stay.

This was our first stay in Hanoi, and we are really happy we had the chance to meet the wonderful staff and learn about their culture. If you prefer a peaceful stay away from the tourist noise, this hotel is perfect. It's within walking distance to attractions like the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex. Despite our short stay, the receptionist made us feel welcome, skillfully communicating despite the language barrier. The manager was also kind, accommodating us in a family room. Both were incredibly friendly, making us feel like we gained a friend. Highly recommended!

An older hotel located close to the Old Qtr. We where upgraded when we arrived, at no charge, as a lot of the rooms are small and the reception thought we would appreciate a bigger room. Has a working elevator. Water pressure was good, but the shower head needs replacing. Close to Old Quarter attractions.

Spacious room with a huge bed. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was really good next to major attractions. Being outside of Old Quarter was good to avoid the crowds and noise. The rooms were quiet, with thick curtains helping a lot with the noise. Would recommend.

The room is ok but too small. Clean but the cleaner staff is unfriendly

Moi je vois rien na signaler, on est au Vietnam et pas a paris encore moins a Los angeles, faut arrêter de tout vouloir gratuit, tu en n’a pour ton argent et ils font tout pour te mettre bien a l’accueil, le soir tu es autonome accès avec un digicode le Top

深夜にドアが閉まっていましたが、フロントで寝ている職員の方が開けてくださり、中に入ることが出来ました。ありがとうございます。人々は優しく楽しく過ごせました。
