It is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location in Hannover. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms looked newly refurbished. We stayed at 2 executive rooms which were spacious and lovely. The staff at the reception and restaurant were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was basic and nicely presented. The Bar is another story. They close early and staff not very friendly. I came late like 1 minute after the last call while staff were still working and they refused to serve me. They said order from Room service from a very limited selection.

Worst experience in a hotel in my life. Due to an IT mistake, there were two identical reservations- same person, same number of nights- done with 10 minutes of difference. For the first one I did not receive confirmation. The hotel ensured me next morning there was only one reservation and I got invoice for one reservation. When I looked at my card payment I saw I had paid two rooms. There is of course a misalignment between invoices and money paid. I have been trying to solve this problem for 4 months. No response. Issues like this can happen, what matters is how we are resolving this issue. This is completely unprofessional and for this reason I cannot recommend the hotel. They are making me pay twice for a room and they are not even providing invoice. Not professional and not acceptable.

Desde el exterior invisible, pero en el interior super! recepción, servicio, habitaciones, desayuno, todo bien. El garaje profundo es muy luminoso y bien aparcamiento. En la dirección central de la estación de tren al principio de la zona de peatones. Grandes y muy tranquilas habitaciones con excelentes instalaciones, muy buenas camas y un gran baño. Desde el recepción se recibe muy bien. Hasta sabía que estuvimos aquí hace un año. 24 horas estás allí para los huéspedes y todos quieren ayudar, no importa cuánto tarde es. Sólo hay desayuno que se puede disfrutar en un hermoso ambiente. Calidad y selección es muy buena. Así puede comenzar el día.

We wanted to stay just out of the hustle of the city and this hotel fitted that bill. It’s located in a good area with plenty of eating options nearby and is really close to the tram, u bahn and bus stop for getting around. Everywhere in the hotel is exceptionally clean with good size rooms. We were there 3 nights and were given the opportunity to decline the maid service which we did and were given two vouchers for a free soft drink. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and this set us up for the day. Really pleasant staff in the restaurant as well as throughout the hotel. The only disappointment was the bar was closed when we wanted a drink on a Sunday evening at 9.30pm.

Yo estaba en Hannover y me quedé en este hotel. La situación era genial, ya que viajé con el tren y también a pie podía llegar a todo. El hotel es un buen hotel en el centro de la ciudad. Si no hubiera ruido. Si se googlea el barrio, ya lo habría sabido antes. Pero no podíamos imaginar que los ”miles de fiesta” se abrieron de 19Uhr por la noche a 10Uhr por la mañana con un volumen increíble, junto con un basso duro. A pesar de las ventanas cerradas y Oropax, se podía cantar con las canciones y sentir el basso. No estaba dormido allí. Dos noches consecutivas. Así que nada para fines de semana o días festivos. El problema parece estar directamente frente a un club que no respeta las normas de protección del ruido. Según la recepción, no se puede hacer nada, la policía no se preocupa. El desayuno es bueno, pero si el hotel está reservado, hay que esperar a una mesa en parte bastante largo. El único punto de descuento en el desayuno: el café de la máquina completa es horrible. El personal es bueno y en parte también útil. Pero golpear a la puerta del cuarto y explicar que ahora hay que limpiar el cuarto, en 10 minutos no puede ser, no creo que sea apropiado. El cuarto en sí es bastante pequeño, pero limpio. La separación de la ducha puede ser un poco mayor para no poner el baño bajo el agua en cada ducha, pero de lo contrario todo está bien. Si se le solicita, se le dará un aparcamiento en el estacionamiento cerca del rincón a cambio de un precio. No hay una buena ruta de noche, pero la mejor manera de estacionar en sí mismo. Mi conclusión es que un hotel en el que no se puede dormir por la noche no tiene su propósito.

I always strive to leave a review that covers most areas of an experience and this is no exception. We were traveling 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, in Harz. After a week in beautiful surroundings, see my review of this by following me, we decided to take an extra stop in Hannover. Because we didn´t wanted to drive for 7 hours straigth from our holiday home to Denmark with 2 tired children, and because we never visited Hannover. At first we had booked a hotel in the outskirts of the city, higher price, but a long trip to the center of the city, so we switched to Zentrum Hotel. We arrived early, so our rooms were not ready yet. However, we had reserved a parking spot for the car, so after a few minutes we could explore the city. Which is literally right across the street. From the location of the hotel, is several streets leading to the main pedestrian area, packed with great shops, affordable prices, street buskers and much more. We enjoyed the city for a few hours then went to freshen up at our rooms. We decided to split up, so my wife and daughter had one room, while my son and I had the other, The rooms were 405 and 406. Right at the top of the building, they were hot. Windows can open, but on a hot day, the room is too stuffed. There were 2 ordinary beds, super clean, very comfortable actually, a table, a chair and a wardrobe. There was also a fridge, but it was not clean. It was time to buy a new one. Shower head was broken, so half the water spilled out from the hose and onto the floor until we managed to direct the water at a different angle, so not to soak the floor. Held together with duct tape. A hose costs ~€3 so it´s a cheap and easy fix, guys. The hair dryer at the ladies´room, was broken, meaning it is one of those where you simply press the handle and it blows. However, the handle turned red and heated up, TOO MUCH, too quick and after a few second, my wife had to toss it in the sink. It is a disaster waiting to happen. The lift only worked up to 3rd floor, then we had to walk a flight of stairs to the 4th. Weird issue, fix the lift. Breakfast was €9 and was really good. Yes we would like to know exactly what the 4 different cheeses were, a simple sign would help, but plentiful breakfast. Hot coffee and tea, milk, cream, 3 juices, bread, croissants, hardboiled eggs, cold cuts, nutella, 5 different marmelades and so on. Good, cheap. Rooms were super quiet. Check-out was easy, staff is super friendly and the rooms are cheap. Drawbacks are the weird smell on the hallways, the flickering lights, the grime on the doorframes and lightswitches, the fridge, the water hose. The area can seem dodgy, there are beggars around but they are not a worry. We paid €160 for 2 rooms. Reasonable if the above items were fixed.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Central pero tranquila y a poca distancia a pie de la estación principal de Hannover. El hotel tiene un sentimiento de boutique y nos acogieron con calor a la llegada con el formulario de invitado listo para nosotros. El desayuno,por sólo 9,50€, era un barco y definitivamente vale la pena tener. El cuarto y el baño en suite estaban bien. Sólo una pijama por persona no era un problema para nosotros, pero podría ser para otros. El ascensor necesita tiempo para llegar, así que si estás en prisa para salir entonces permitir tiempo adicional o tomar las escaleras.Las variedades de café gratis de una máquina se han encontrado todo el día en el área del salón, que fue agradable.

Estuve 3 noches en este hotel y fue suficiente . Entre ls cosas buenas , quiero destacar la ubicación , frente a un parque grande y muy lindo , cerca de una estación de UBahn y si se prefiere caminar no muy distante del centro . El desayuno y el servicio del personal en el desayuno es muy bueno , se nota preocupación por el servicio , detalles como por ejemplo flores en las mesas . El salon del desayuno es muy bonito, muy agradable desayunar allí. Lo que no me gustó de este hotel : Llegué un domingo como a las 5 de la tarde , despues de haber viajado desde la mañana , quería comer algo y no tenian servicio de restaurant ni servicio a la habitación ,nunca me habia pasado en un hotel que no hubiera servicio a la habitación . Tuve que salir a comer fuera a pesar de lo cansada que venía . La habitación no me gustó , oscura de día y de noche ( mala iluminación , en las fotos no se nota lo obscuro) y con un olor no muy agradable. Da la impresión que no hacen bien el aseo, no se percibe una habitacion muy limpia. El resto bien , no fui al restaurant, así que no puedo opinar, creo que no siquiera fui a beber el welcome drink.
