El hotel fue seleccionado temporalmente. Al principio, reservé otro hotel. De camino a otro hotel, el conductor dijo que no era conveniente viajar. De manera inesperada, este hotel se llamaba Tieliu Business Hotel hace mucho tiempo, y me he alojado en un viaje de negocios antes. Es un hotel de negocios antiguo y corriente. No sé cuándo cambió de rostro y se llamaba Yibo. La sensación general es muy buena, con sentido del diseño. Toma la iniciativa de actualizarme y el estacionamiento es gratis. Los detalles sanitarios de las habitaciones están bien hechos y también se tiene en cuenta la protección del medio ambiente. Olvidé cerrar la ventana cuando me registré el primer día. Me despertaron a la mañana siguiente, pero cerrar la ventana es bueno para el aislamiento acústico. El único problema menor fue que seguimos viviendo al día siguiente. La tía que continuó limpiando la habitación se fue antes de poner el bote de basura en el baño. Más tarde, llamó a la recepción, lo envió y se disculpó lo antes posible.

No esperaba mucho, pero este nuevo hotel es impresionante. El cuarto es limpio y es espacioso mientras el personal es útil. Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh.
As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special.
As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day.
Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary.
Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers.
Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed.
Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her.
The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons.
It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable.
If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant.
Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times.
That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

MMG LeeEste hotel ganó nuestros corazones por su cercanía a la estación de ferrocarril/metro y el buen servicio al cliente del hotel. Nos impresiona el nivel de respuesta del personal a nuestras necesidades, y el personal del hotel es muy observante, dandonos una botella de agua adicional en nuestra estancia, un regalo de frutas en nuestra noche anterior (sin preguntarnos). Gracias a Sam y Alan en la recepción que ofrecen un excelente servicio al cliente y a la casa de la que ha hecho un buen trabajo en mantener la limpieza de la habitación. Nos sentimos muy en casa. El desayuno buffet ofrece opciones locales y occidentales. Muy recomendado.
La ventaja de este hotel es que está cerca de la estación de tren/metro de Rocketzhou.Y el servicio del hotel es muy cuidadoso. Los empleados nos impresionaron profundamente por la respuesta a nuestras necesidades. MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks
