Super value for the amount paid, its not luxury and a bit outdated but its clean and functionel. Sleept very well in the clean beds, nice breakfast (according to price) Parking 10 euro a day in hotels own cellar parking. U-bahn (metro) that brings you straight to city centre , 600 meters walk, buses just in front of hotel. Staff very helpfull. Shops nearby , visit the mall bilstedt only 300 meters from hotel, great offers and selction , Mac D just across the street. Very multicultural neighborhood, (we didnt experience anything bad)

Muy bueno hotel con personal amigable, grandes habitaciones limpias y desayuno rica. Situado en Hammerbrook entre TÜV y talleres de automóviles. Paseo en el hotel no es agradable. Estación de autobuses directamente en el hotel a la estación principal o la puerta de Berlín.

Las habitaciones están muy modernas y escandinavas. Están perfectamente situadas frente a la estación de tren de Hamburgo Harburg. La única cosa que no me gustaba fue el fuerte olor a desechos de basura en el baño, desgraciadamente esto a veces sucede y el alojamiento no puede hacer mucho para evitarlo.

4.5 stars. We are a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. We got 2 connecting rooms, enough spaces for us and having 2 bathrooms is a plus. A lot far from the center but there’s buses right in front of the hotel. There’s a Wang Supermarket 8am to 7pm which is a few mins away from the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s a free Laundry facility for the guests. We had a great stay

The lack of air conditioning in this hotel is really no big deal compared to others. Their baby cot is not clean, my child slept in their bed for two nights, he likes to sleep on his side and on his stomach, and his face is allergic to any part of the bed that touches the sheets. When I spoke to the hotel, they admitted that it was the hotel's responsibility and said that they could pay for an ointment so that I could go to the pharmacy and buy it myself. Amazingly, almost all the staff at the hotel had a very poor attitude, didn't care about the child, privately divulged personal information about the residents as a topic of discussion at work (every staff member knew about our personal matters/information, even those I had never seen) and even asked me if you wanted to call an ambulance for such a small matter. I cancelled my whole day plam and took a taxi to the pharmacy, which cost over 60 euros, and in the end the hotel only gave me 5 euro for the ointment, saying that I took a taxi to a pharmacy that was too far away and they couldn't cover the taxi costs, and the manager said that the only place they could pay for was a taxi to 10 euros, so they refused to pay for the journey?？？ But they didn't say any of that before I left, I was just told to take my own taxi to the pharmacy and they knew we were leaving that day so they made a very perfunctory promise which was all overturned. The important thing is that I paid 100€ for this baby cot and it was still not clean, finally I spoke to the manager and I said I paid 100€ only to get the cot and he said you have checked out and everything is sorted I don't know what is in your room now? !!!Anyway don't bring your children to this dangerous hotel, the staff were very dishonest and went as far as to say the room had been cleaned to destroy the evidence.

La parte negativa: El entorno no vale la pena escribir en casa. Y la ubicación no está en el centro. Tienes que caminar a 100 metros del Tube y pasar 10 minutos a llegar al centro de la ciudad. El resto es todo positivo! Las habitaciones son grandes, aireadas y limpias. El desayuno - Covid-19 considerando - absolutamente adecuado. Y los huevos, escrabados o cocidos son perfectos. Odio huevos para el desayuno. Muchos hoteles 5-star están peor! Pero lo que hace que este hotel excelente es primero de todo el servicio de personal. Si es en la recepción o restaurante, está cerca de la perfección. Nice, amigable, sonriente y serviciominded. He estado en muchos hoteles 5-star que podrían aprender de este hotel. Y para arriba, todos los precios de la habitación - visto con ojos daneses - son muy bajos. ¿Volveré? Infierno, sí!
