La habitación es muy pequeña con baño pequeño.Muebles viejos y muros sucios. La estructura muestra todos los signos de edad y de uso. Personal amable y comprobar rápidamente. El desayuno es muy mínimo. El precio es sin duda ventajoso para Hamburgo pero la relación con la calidad no es ventajosa

Very clean, friendly and efficient hotel, 10 minutes into town on frequent public transport, and it is on the S-Bahn route direct from the airport. Also shops nearby for anything you might need, and a few local restaurants. The area felt very safe even walking back at night. We stayed on a very hot weekend, and both the efficient aircon and the good shower were very welcome! The rooms are compact, but the beds large and comfortable. Perfect if you're just looking for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring the city.

Volveré a poner el hotel más en mi centro cuando vuelva a Hamburgo.

New Hotel in an old factory building, very nice and clean. Outside the city, need a car for the Hamburg experience. Very good breakfast, expensive but booked included in the room, ok and worth it. Nice parking garage, again expensive for a Hotel outside the city. 15 EUR per night. For me personally it is important to have fresh air, open the window. You can, very good. Next is a bottle of water in the room, there is a bottle of water but 4 EUR is highly overpriced. Means, you need a car, garage or parking outside, take your own water, a very nice and easy Hotel Sorry I did not use fitness and wellness.

Reservado aquí para un viaje de negocios. Todo estaba en general bien con el hotel. Necesitas subir a las habitaciones un número justo de pasos apretados. General: Sala limpia, cama confortable, escritorio para trabajar desde, buena ducha. La única rara cosa que tuve que hacer fue que tuve que hacer el check-in con un hotel hermana en la carretera (Hotel Residence), donde el personal era amigable y el check-in fue rápido.

STAY AWAY. I am a very fair minded traveler. I was making a trip to Hamburg in August, so I knew I should plan for dealing with potential hot weather. I did extensive searching, including on TripAdvisor, specifically filter for the room having air conditioning. Nyce came up in the top of every search and clearing listed ”air conditioning” as one of their amenities. So I made a reservation and prepaid per their policy At the actual hotel [yes, on a hot weather day] when I entered the room there was NO A/C and mor even a fan. Only one window that could be cracked open approximately 6 inches. The room was a suana. When I talked with the reception desk the staff had harsh attitude and demanded to see where air conditioning had been promised. I showed them multiple screens, but their response was ”Google lies all the time”. I even offered to accept a partial refund [one of the two prepaid nights], but that was met with an even worse attitude. I left for another hotel. The Courtyard By Marriott about 5 minutes away was newly constructed, extremely helpful reception staff , and FULLY AIR CONDITIONED. The reception even told me ”Please go check the room, we want you to completely comfortable”. The room was at beautiful and yreat quality...and was almost the exact same price as the single room at Nyce A day later I received an email from Ntce site management. They request screenshots and I supplied, bit had the same dismissive ”blame the customer” and stated they would make no refund at all. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this property, you simply cannot trust them.

A pesar de que mi estancia fue de una noche, lo pude pasar genial, conociendo nuevos amigos, disfrutando al 100% de su área de bar (la cual podría bien permanecer abierto 24 hrs). Un ambiente jovial y divertido, amabilidad y limpieza en el hotel. !Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme con ustedes!

Ideal für die Anreise mit der Bahn, einmal an Planten und Bloomen vorbei und man steht vor dem Hotel. Durch das vorab einchecken ging das Einchecken im Hotel sehr schnell. Es gab noch die Fahrkarten für den Personennahverkehr für die Dauer des Hotelaufenthaltes. Unser Zimmer im 11. Stock hatte den Blick auf Planten und Bloomen und die Alster, perfekt. Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher für die Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit verschiedenen Brötchen, 2 Sorten Brot, Kuchenvariation, 4 Sorten Käse, 2 Sorten Camenbert, Frischkäse und verschiedene Salate, S*****en, Salami, Kochs*****en, Leberwurst, warme Würstchen, mehrere Sorten Joghurt und Quark, Eier, Obstsalat und Säfte und eine Spezialitäten Kaffeemaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ideal für einen Aufenthalt zum nutzen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, mit der Karte kann man auch die Hafenfähren nutzen.

El hotel está situado en ***, el flujo de personas es relativamente complejo, junto con la habitación no tiene frío, muy caliente, felizmente el personal de la recepción dio más ventilador. Si necesita dormir con ventanas abiertas, necesita prepararse psicológicamente. Es extremadamente estúpido y difícil dormir. El desayuno es bueno, especialmente el pan es fresco.
