Algunas habitaciones no tienen buenas vistas, la limpieza de la habitación es bastante buena, el desayuno no es tan bueno como el del patio de Dresde, hay una caminata bastante larga hasta el transporte público, la sauna es comida, pero el horario de apertura es solo por la tarde.

Hotel excelente y limpio. A 10 minutos a pie de la estación principal de tren. El desayuno era magnífico. Tenía sauna, pero no abría hasta las 17:00, así que no pude usarla. Personal amable. Registro de entrada y salida fácil.

Convenient location and easy to find. The room was a good size, and the staff were friendly and polite. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

For the hotel, from the staff, the room to the breakfast, there is nothing to complain. Staffs are professional, room is clean and comfy (although room is small for a family of 4), and breakfast was really good. The only downside is the location, it's close to hbf, and we don't really feel safe at the area nearby..... but you come from Berlinertor side, I think it's alright. But it's not anything the hotel can do i guess.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the U-Bahn station and Hamburg Hbf, and the rooms are pleasant. I wasn’t allocated a higher-floor room or one with a better view, but the check-in process was smooth, and I was given an early check-in at 1:00 pm at no additional cost. The pricing was on the higher side, though that seems typical for this time of year.

Good experience staying at the hotel. Large supermarket nearby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Weird that not all the rooms have mini fridge, will be good to check with the staff during check-in if you need one.

Top quality hotel, comfy bed, clean room, tasty ala carte restaraunt menu and friendly staff. Adequate gym and great sauna layout with drench shower, purified cold water dispensor and outside rooftop cool down area with good views of the city. Close to train station. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Everything is good but the room is not non-smoking room. Full of the smell.

We enjoyed our three nights. Spacious rooms and very kind personell. Fridge and coffee in the room. Easy to reach by metro, parking is a bit expensive at 30,-/night but if you take a P+R it is only 4,-/night.

Hotel room is clean. The furniture and facilities are relatively new or well maintained. It is also a 7min walk from a train station which has quite a few lines, so although it’s not that near the city centre, it’s still quite convenient.

Stay was ok. Room was too cold. Despite informing the same to the front desk in the morning, they did not take any action during the day. Finally, I insisted to get a heater at night. Breakfast was very average. Cut fruits did not seem fresh!

They gave us nice upgrade for free. Also gifted us free drinks as it was our anniversary. Breakfast needs improvement though.
