以前有過一次訂境外酒店入住時説沒有訂單然後多次溝通才找到訂單的體驗，這次入住前還挺擔心的，結果這次入住很順利，以後還在攜程訂酒店。

Staff were incredible with every interaction. They went out of their way to make our stay awesome including remembering children’s names and asking how they were enjoying themselves. Breakfast was lovely as always. Only wish is that Aveda products were offered throughout not just around the sink.

We’ve stayed here a few times before and had a great time. I was very disappointed with the security staff this visit. We were by the pool watching the kids swim acting very responsibly and had a beverage in a travel mug and he demanded that we leave. There was no reason to embarrass the group. I won’t be going back if I can’t take a travel mug to the pool. Others also had beverages but didn’t ask them to leave. Paying 250$ a night and the guests should be able to relax and have a nice time.

Parking the car was easy but for pedestrians the parking garage was a maze of stairs and doors with very poor signage. We decided to use the valet service hence forward.

It was a great stay! We checked in very late and they were there to welcome us. And they granted our request for a late check-out.
Hotel located at the downtown area, very close to the waterfront and other tourist areas and restaurants.

The proximity to Citadel hill and the entire downtown core is amazing. Very nice hotel with great people. I would book here again anytime I am in Halifax.

I had food poisson having breakfast in the hotel, i spend half of my vacation day looking for medical help, i advice the management at the fromt desk and no one took the time or courtesy to offer me any type of help. This is unacceptable
