Pues estamos contentos con la amplitud, la limpieza, el trato del personal y el desayuno. Mucho mejor que otros 3 estrellas en Europa. La cercanía a la estación de tren es un plus. Lo recomendamos. Además, tienen habitaciones familiares.

El hotel situado a menos de dos minutos de la estacion de trenes y unos cinco minutos andando de la principal zona comercial e historica de Mulhouse. Mi habitacion de diseño moderno y fabulosas vistas a la ciudad y la cordillera de los Vosgos, de buen tamaño con un armario y espacios para colocar la ropa etc , en esta ocasion contaba con hervidor de agua para preparar cafe etc , la cama de un extremo comfort y el internet sin problemas. Asimismo el personal del hotel me permitio hacer “late checkout” tanto esta vez como en una estancia anterior algo de gran importacia para mi

Fine basic hotel for a night. We were in transit and had a family room. The advantage is that you can walk to the center and there is a parking garage opposite the hotel. The room was nothing special. The children's beds were bad. The iron springs were very tangible and painful even for them. The breakfast was not very extensive, but fine for us.

Firstly the property does not have its own parking. It’s a public car park that you need to walk to. Nowhere did it mention the height restrictions. Due to our car being too big for it we were asked to park even more further away.
The stuff speaks poor English which makes it hard to communicate with them.
In the middle of the night we were woken up by a very loud constant beeping noise, like an alarm which lasted for about 5 minutes.
The breakfast was very basic and not a lot of choice.
I would definitely not stay here again.

A usual Ibis hotel with small rooms. This one is very near the station, so convenient for travel and access to the city. Breakfast was not very good, the bed was not properly made up, and the dinner half-board offering at a bistro next door was completely awful and not worth adding to your hotel room price point.

Needed a a few hours sleep on the way to the French alps. Conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Autobahn A5 in Germany towards Basel.
I came 00:30 and the reception was open until 03:00. Service was super fast and efficient. The room was big and well equipped for 4 persons.
Parking could have been difficult. The parking garage at the central station was closed and the nearest parking garage was at least 1 km away from the hotel.
Fortunately, the hotel reception made me aware that since I was coming late and leaving early during the weekend, the time restricted parking in front of the hotel could be used (free of charge from midnight and until early Sunday 09:00).
Breakfast was really good, lots to choose between and freshly pressed orange juice. All in all super good quality, super nice service, and cheap price given that we only stayed in the hotel for 6 hours sleep and breakfast.

Comfortable beds and convenient for the station. However I would say that the beds are the only thing that would distinguish it from the ibis budget next door. The reception staff provided the bare minimum of service. Unlike other ibis styles we have been to the rooms had no carpets. The air conditioning did not seem to work well so we slept with the window ajar. We were just above the entrance and people were standing outside talking in loud voices and smoking all night. Reception did not respond when i brought it up in the morning. The breakfast buffet was very limited and most plates needed refilling. There were cereals out with no serving spoons in.

Website says you offer free hot beverages all day, but when I asked for a coffee from th machine I was charged 2 euros.
