The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

My stay at the Moxy Chicago was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, modern, and welcoming. The room was thoughtfully designed—every inch of space was used efficiently without sacrificing comfort or style. One of my favorite parts was spending time on the outdoor patio. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and chat. The lobby was full of life with a great DJ creating a fun vibe, and I appreciated that the snack and drink selection included quality options instead of just typical junk food. We were even welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch. Throughout our stay, we always felt safe, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I also loved that the lounge areas and games weren’t just there for decoration—they were actually being enjoyed by guests, making the hotel feel social and inviting. It’s clear that the Moxy was designed to bring people together while still providing a comfortable place to unwind. This stay completely won me over. My next hotel stay will definitely be at a Moxy property. I can’t wait to experience another location, and I would highly recommend Moxy Chicago to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and memorable stay in the city!

Las instalaciones son de primera clase, la seguridad pública es buena y la carga del circuito del hotel de nueva construcción es buena. El día anterior, en un hotel de al lado con un precio similar, el voltaje se volvió inestable tan pronto como enchufé el secador de pelo. El precio es varios cientos de RMB más que el mismo hotel de cinco estrellas. La habitación es mucho más grande y está equipada con microondas, cocina de inducción y horno. Si vuelvo a Chicago otra vez, seguiré votando por Trump.

Pudieron guardar mi equipaje antes y después del check-in. Reservé una habitación con vistas a la ciudad, y la vista desde el vestíbulo del ascensor era preciosa. Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. La experiencia en general fue muy buena... ¡la ubicación es PERFECTA! El hotel es agradable y la habitación era justo lo que necesitaba. Dos cosas que se pueden (y deberían) mejorar: 1) La recepción siempre parecía tener poco personal y los huéspedes tenían que esperar su turno. 2) Estaba en un piso alto y la presión del agua era mala (ni siquiera normal, sino mala), así que tenía mucho frío al ducharme y tardé muchísimo en lavarme el pelo. Esto me resultó bastante incómodo porque me gusta una buena ducha caliente con buena presión después de caminar más de 16 kilómetros al día con frío. En resumen, me volvería a alojar allí, pero pediría una habitación con mejor presión de agua.

Reservamos una habitación que, lamentablemente, era para las fechas equivocadas a través de un tercero. El tercero nos dijo que nos reembolsarían el dinero, pero que el hotel tenía que liberar nuestra reserva. Los llamamos inmediatamente después de darnos cuenta de que las fechas eran incorrectas, lo que ocurrió en menos de una hora. La reserva era para dos días a partir de ese momento. El hotel dijo que no la cancelaría. Nos cobraron casi $600 por una habitación en la que no nos alojamos y llamaron con anticipación para explicar nuestra situación. Tampoco nos permitieron cambiar los días a los días que realmente estábamos buscando. Si bien el hotel es encantador y el personal fue agradable incluso al darnos la mala noticia, no buscaré reservar con ellos nuevamente.

Staff were very nice. Close to Chinatown but quite a distance away from main attractions and locations Chicago is known and should be experienced for. Bus stop and Metro is relatively near and walkable. As for accessibility to the McCormick Convention Center, it is pretty accessible via a short bus ride.

Me encantó el hotel. Tiene una buena ubicación, está limpio y el desayuno es bueno. Está cerca de un supermercado y una estación de metro. La habitación es amplia, con nevera, cocina y vajilla. Además, está a un corto paseo del centro de la ciudad. Es un hotel estupendo. ¡Hilton demuestra una vez más su excelente servicio y comodidad!
