TTutti.ToeteeReview: A Beautiful, Design-Led Oasis in Fisherman’s Village We recently stayed at the Hansar Samui, and it is truly a beautiful property with a thoughtful design. The location is perfect—just a short, pleasant stroll away from Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to explore the local area while still feeling like you have a quiet retreat to return to. The Highlights Dining Experience: The breakfast was a standout. I particularly appreciated having eggs made fresh to order; there is nothing worse than pre-cooked, rubbery eggs left under heat lamps, so this was a huge bonus for me. The Vibe: The swimming pool is lovely, and the beach is kept very clean. The hotel maintains a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by a great selection of background music. Service & Little Touches: The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. I loved the ”turn-down” service around 5:00 PM, where housekeeping brought little chocolates and water—an adorable touch that made us feel looked after. Facilities: The gym is clean and well-maintained. Crucially for those working remotely, the Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable enough for me to take Zoom meetings without any issues. Room Design: The rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning balconies and views. The bathroom was a highlight, especially the large rainfall shower. Room Comfort & Maintenance We did have a significant issue with the bed. The mattresses are very soft, which didn't suit us at all as my husband has a bad back. It made sleeping quite difficult. However, the staff were wonderful and tried their best to accommodate us; they helped remove the mattress so we could sleep on the wooden base with just the mattress topper. While not ”luxury” comfort, it was much better for his back than the soft mattress. We also had a few issues with a temperamental toilet flush, but to the hotel's credit, maintenance was very prompt in coming to fix it each time. Dining & Logistics We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, ordering the Massaman curry and Chicken Panang. While the food was edible, it was just ”okay”—we were perhaps expecting a bit more given how high the quality of breakfast was. That said, the view from the restaurant in the evening is spectacular, and they occasionally have lovely entertainment. One small hiccup occurred when we booked a taxi through the hotel to take us to the pier for our trip to Koh Phangan. The driver unfortunately dropped us at the wrong port. We had to quickly catch a Grab to the correct one, but luckily we made it just in time for our ferry. Overall Despite a few minor glitches, this was a wonderful stay. The aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous, and the professionalism of the staff ensures that any issues are handled quickly. I would definitely recommend Hansar for anyone looking for a stylish and relaxed stay in Samui!

PPHYO PHYO WAI YANG YINGExcellent Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui! We drove all the way from Bangkok, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The concierge team promptly assisted with our luggage and parked our car, making our arrival completely seamless. The lobby and check-in area are absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful Koh Samui coastline. It is one of the best places to enjoy a breathtaking sunset. We were assigned Room 503, which was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. The privacy compartment doors made it ideal for families, and the sofa bed was surprisingly large and comfortable—perfect for our 19-year-old son. Pros: - A beautiful private beach with complimentary kayaking. While it may not be the best beach for swimming, it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying water activities. - The buggy service was incredibly fast and efficient. Every driver was friendly, cheerful, and always ready to take us anywhere around the resort within minutes. - Outstanding hospitality and guest service. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Mr. Ruben for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. - The concierge team did an excellent job arranging our private long-tail boat tour. We had a wonderful day visiting Pig Island, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and enjoying the beauty of Koh Samui. Everything was organized perfectly. - The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The bacon and pastries were among the best we've had, and a special thank you to Mr. Ping for serving us the sweetest, most delicious mangoes every morning. - Our housekeeping attendant, Mr. Renu from Myanmar, was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. He kept our room spotless every day, and his attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. During check-out, I had a pleasant conversation with Bernice, the Director of Rooms from Malaysia. Our chat about Malaysian food brought back wonderful memories and was a lovely way to end our stay. Three nights simply were not enough at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui. This is the kind of resort where you should stay for at least one week to fully enjoy everything it has to offer. Unfortunately, I didn't even have enough time to experience the gym, which looked excellent. Only one small suggestion: the breakfast seating area can get a little warm during the morning. Of course, that's part of the tropical outdoor atmosphere—almost like a natural sauna—but a few more cooling fans would make the experience even more comfortable. Overall, we completely fell in love with The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui. The breathtaking scenery, luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and warm hospitality from every member of the team made this an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly world-class stay in Koh Samui.

MMarielleeGarrya Tonsay Bay fue un oasis hermoso y tranquilo en Koh Samui. Nos alojamos un par de noches y nos encantó la variedad de actividades incluidas, desde yoga y muay thai por la mañana hasta clases de circuito, paddle surf y snorkel; todo muy bien organizado. El restaurante era excelente; disfrutamos de la cena ”Sabores del Norte de Tailandia”, y el desayuno buffet fue uno de los mejores que hemos probado. El personal fue increíble, increíblemente amable y atento a cada detalle. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente este relajante refugio!

XXiaoyudaweiEstá a unos diez minutos a pie del centro comercial Central. El desayuno es bastante rico, tanto occidental como tailandés. Vale la pena levant**** temprano para ver el amanecer en la playa de Chaweng. El gimnasio del hotel es relativamente pequeño. Si necesitas alquilar una moto, te recomiendo la primera tienda de motos a la derecha del hotel. Los coches son muy nuevos. Si los alquilas por un tiempo prolongado, puedes negociar por 250 baht/. día.Necesita presionar su pasaporte o licencia de conducir.

BBen_inChinaAmazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆

UUsuario invitadoEn general estoy bastante satisfecho, sobre todo por la calidad a este precio. El hotel tiene su propia playa y ofrece actividades gratuitas como remo, lo cual merece mucho la pena. Solo se puede decir que el sabor del desayuno y el almuerzo está bien. Vale la pena mencionar que hay empleados que hablan chino allí, por lo que la comunicación es más fluida. Desafortunadamente, tuve que tomar un vuelo, así que no revisé cuidadosamente los artículos del hotel. Cuando quise hacer el check out, dije que no podía encontrar la bolsa de lavandería porque estaba hecha de tela y tenía que pagarla. . Mi sugerencia es verificar cuidadosamente la noche antes de partir y comunicarse con tiempo si tiene alguna pregunta, para evitar apresurarse y no tener tiempo suficiente para comunicarse y resolver problemas :(

SStephy007Another Amari disappointing stay. first was amari hua hin and 2nd is this hotel. stayed in amari koh samui for 4nights, we just got back from koh samui a few days ago. location wise sure cant deny that, it's by the beach front, 5 mins drive away from central koh samui mall and walking from the night life but so does other resorts around the area. when you get to the hotel specially after paying so much per night and to be classified as a 5 star hotel, you expect a good service, a 5 star service. Specially when the first point of contact to the customer service is the front staffs, however very disappointing. Most, if not all of the staffs doesnt seem to smile at all. We arrived early so we had lunch first and sure they managed to give us earlier check in at almost 2pm, their check in is at 3pm. we let it go perhaps we were just too tired and sensitive as we just arrived in koh samui and it was humid, however, throughout our stay their customer service was absolutely lacking. VERY LACKING. specially a few staffs driving the buggy service, we even had an accident one time when we were on our way back to the room, one of the driver drove so fast, THEY ALL DRIVE REALLY FAST, and he rammed onto one of the on coming buggy, i was holding my baby so tight. luckily nothing happened to us. same buggy driver who was had a grumpy look the entire stay and we saw him throwing luggages on to the buggy instead of handling them with care. so when you are taking a buggy, tell them to drive slow. the room, we booked a connecting room, which was a mistake. booking 2 rooms would have been cheaper but anyhow, the room was not clean at all, the bathtub was moldy the floors felt dirty and there were alot of mosquitos every single day. first day we arrived we killed 10 mosquitos in one room whats up with that. breakfast had good selections, they have 3 pools around the resorts as it is a big resort best one is the one over looking the beach, kid friendly pool. they have kids room, not that big just a small room.. anyway overall would i come back here in Amari Koh Samui, absolutely NOT. Would i recommend amari koh samui, absolutely NOT. if you want to stay in a beach front, there are alot of beach front resorts near amari and around the area check that out.. they did something nice from my baby;s birthday, decorated the mirror and gave cake so i appreciated that. with kids i would recommend hyatt koh samui, they are friendlier to kids and service is top notch. we moved there after amari THANK GOODNESS

La ubicación del resort es simplemente impresionante. Situado en una isla apartada frente a la costa de Koh Samui, Cape Fahn ofrece un nivel de privacidad y exclusividad inigualable. Accesible solo en barco, el viaje a la isla crea el ambiente perfecto para una escapada inolvidable. Al llegar, me recibieron con una cálida hospitalidad y una refrescante bebida de bienvenida. La atención al detalle del personal fue evidente durante toda mi estancia, desde el impecable proceso de registro hasta los detalles que me hicieron sentir como un huésped valioso. Mi villa superó todas mis expectativas. Ubicada a orillas del mar azul, ofrecía vistas panorámicas del océano y las islas circundantes. VValeriya027Este fue el segundo hotel en Koh Samui. Un hotel para los que quieren estar en silencio, preciosa zona. Para nosotros el inconveniente fue la playa, o más bien su ausencia; en este lado de la costa las mareas son muy fuertes y es normal no nadar. En este punto, el hotel podría haber mejorado si tuviera una buena piscina, pero ni siquiera 2 pequeñas lo compensan, son pequeñas y poco profundas para los niños; En 3 días, la toalla se cambió solo una vez y la habitación se limpió solo una vez. En mi opinión, en los hoteles de 4 estrellas esto se hace por defecto todos los días y sin cartel en la puerta. La habitación en sí es muy cómoda y espaciosa. No escuchas el ruido de tus vecinos y no te molesta en absoluto. No estaría de más cambiar los enchufes, la carga es débil, los cargadores en euros comieron para quedarse en ellos El desayuno es bastante bueno.

UUsuario anónimoEl parque del hotel en su conjunto es muy bonito y la piscina es muy buena; la playa no es de arena tan fina, pero puedes adentrarte en el mar y remar en barco hasta la isla de enfrente. El agua es muy poco profunda durante la marea baja. ¡Pero debes prestar atención a la seguridad! Me alojé en una villa con vistas al mar, que es puro estilo tailandés, con estructura de madera y ecología relativamente original. Sin embargo, es inevitable que haya insectos, pequeñas hormigas y algunos insectos desconocidos, las instalaciones del hotel son un poco viejas y la ducha; el cabezal para bañarse todavía está roto. El cabezal de la ducha no podía detener la tubería de agua; pero la habitación estaba limpia y el personal de servicio fue muy amable y amigable. No hay muchos tipos de desayuno, pero es suficiente para gente como yo que se contenta con el café. No está mal. La ubicación del restaurante de desayunos es particularmente buena. Puedes comer mirando al mar, lo cual es muy bueno. La ubicación del hotel no está lejos del centro de Samoui, por lo que salir a comer es más conveniente. Hay muy pocos chinos. Parece que solo nuestra familia es china, la mayoría son turistas extranjeros. La relación precio/rendimiento está bien.
