This was a wonderful honeymoon holiday in the Algarve. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the W Algarve staff. They were all so friendly and sharing recommendations on where to visit across the Algarve. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel gave us a few surprises upon arrival (decorating bed with rose petals, congratulatory messages / writings on the walls and a portugese red wine front Duoro valley. What a great way to start the holiday. Furthermore, the W Algarve were extremely helpful on making lunch/dinner bookings in restaurants across Algarve. It felt like a private Concierge and we were very grateful for it. Hip and Portuguese design. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Algarve. MUST have a rental car, there isn't much around within walking distance.

Lovely  new large hotel in a quiet area, not far from the W Algarve. The hotel was super clean, with large rooms, and the continental breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.I didn’t opt for the buffet dinner, as it was easier to order a nice burger from the bar, which was really tasty. I also tried the Portuguese steak sandwich, which just wasn’t to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it for the burger instead.The pool and spa areas were also spacious and well maintained.You do need an Uber or a car to get around, as there are very few shops nearby. There is one nice restaurant next door and a sports bar close by.The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or forthcoming with hotel information, although the manager Andrea, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. As it was off-season, the hotel was very quiet, and the weather was a bit chilly, so the pools were not really in use. I would definitely visit again if the price was good.

Would recommend this hotel - superb location, lovely staff, great service and very clean environment. The room we stayed in could do with modernisation - especially the decor and lighting in the bathroom - and the mattress was uncomfortable The pool area is superb, the breakfast was very good and we will definitely return again - mainly because of the location and the excellent staff!

La habitación es espaciosa y el colchón y las almohadas son cómodos. Se puede descansar bien. El desayuno es sencillo y ofrece una gran variedad de panes. Es un hotel muy informal y relajante, a unos 10 minutos a pie de la playa. El personal de recepción habla inglés con fluidez y se mostró muy dispuesto a ayudarnos con los pedidos.

Este ha sido uno de los peores Holiday Inn de IHG en los que me he alojado, considerando el precio. El desayuno es pobre y faltaban algunos alimentos. ¡Ni siquiera ofrecen zumo de naranja natural (en un Holiday Inn, en Portugal!). El gimnasio no funciona actualmente y te ofrecen ir a otro hotel para usarlo. Había obras de construcción con el ruido correspondiente. Algunos empleados podrían mejorar su formación en atención al cliente. Al menos, las habitaciones cumplen con los estándares de IHG. Y tienen un autobús de enlace a la ciudad y la playa.

¡Me gustaba este hotel y el personal! Absolutamente maravilloso. La cena y el desayuno incluidos con mi habitación es un bonus adicional. Muy limpios habitaciones y camas cómodas. Tiene que quedarse si está en Faro! Lynn Ray

Un hotel encantador, con instalaciones maravillosas. Nos permitieron hacer el check-in temprano, aunque la zona de recepción era muy tranquila y nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos hablando demasiado alto por parte del personal. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable y está a unos 10 minutos a pie del centro nuevo. Las instalaciones de la piscina también están muy bien.
