This was a wonderful honeymoon holiday in the Algarve. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the W Algarve staff. They were all so friendly and sharing recommendations on where to visit across the Algarve. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel gave us a few surprises upon arrival (decorating bed with rose petals, congratulatory messages / writings on the walls and a portugese red wine front Duoro valley. What a great way to start the holiday. Furthermore, the W Algarve were extremely helpful on making lunch/dinner bookings in restaurants across Algarve. It felt like a private Concierge and we were very grateful for it. Hip and Portuguese design. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Algarve. MUST have a rental car, there isn't much around within walking distance.

Lovely  new large hotel in a quiet area, not far from the W Algarve. The hotel was super clean, with large rooms, and the continental breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.I didn’t opt for the buffet dinner, as it was easier to order a nice burger from the bar, which was really tasty. I also tried the Portuguese steak sandwich, which just wasn’t to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it for the burger instead.The pool and spa areas were also spacious and well maintained.You do need an Uber or a car to get around, as there are very few shops nearby. There is one nice restaurant next door and a sports bar close by.The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or forthcoming with hotel information, although the manager Andrea, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. As it was off-season, the hotel was very quiet, and the weather was a bit chilly, so the pools were not really in use. I would definitely visit again if the price was good.

Would recommend this hotel - superb location, lovely staff, great service and very clean environment. The room we stayed in could do with modernisation - especially the decor and lighting in the bathroom - and the mattress was uncomfortable The pool area is superb, the breakfast was very good and we will definitely return again - mainly because of the location and the excellent staff!

En el mejor de los casos es una propiedad de 4 estrellas. Durante nuestra estancia, el hotel no estuvo en su mejor momento, así que le pondré 3,5 estrellas. La entrada del hotel parece la sala de espera de una estación de tren. Por un momento pensamos que estábamos bajo tierra ya que todo el interior del hotel está oscuro. Los baños olían mal en el área de entrada, creo que las ventanas se limpiaron en Navidad el año pasado. Pisos sucios. Las habitaciones están sucias, pero son espaciosas. Hay mucho espacio en los armarios. No puedes usar los espejos en el área del baño porque está demasiado oscuro. El agua en la taza del inodoro continúa a menos que juegues con los botones. El control remoto del televisor estaba sucio. Las toallas son del siglo X, ¡úsalas con cuidado! Los artículos de tocador son marcas básicas, ¡nada oo la la! El desayuno es bueno, no excelente. Hay una estación en vivo para tortillas y panqueques. Café de máquinas Nescafé con cápsulas, nuevamente no muy estándar de 5 estrellas. Quédate aquí si tienes un buen precio pero no grandes expectativas. ¡NO ESPERES UN SERVICIO DE 5 ESTRELLAS! Usted ha sido advertido.

Un hotel encantador, con instalaciones maravillosas. Nos permitieron hacer el check-in temprano, aunque la zona de recepción era muy tranquila y nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos hablando demasiado alto por parte del personal. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable y está a unos 10 minutos a pie del centro nuevo. Las instalaciones de la piscina también están muy bien.

It was a bit difficult to find at first, Very clean, nice furniture, I meet the manageress she’s a nice polite lady and gives time for you as valued client, (this pays off) I tried to get an extra day a the special rate however she explained very well why it wasn’t possible at that monument, very quiet place this was one of my, only prob kitchen area light and a power outlet wasn’t working . I complained about no air flow at the gym and was offered to have a fan there which done., i

El balcón puede ver una hermosa playa, no hay muchos turistas en temporada baja. Las habitaciones son un poco más antiguas y, en general, son una buena opción de vacaciones.
