La habitación era muy buena, pero no tenía ni limpiadores ni humedales, lo que hizo que el aire fuera muy seco. Tanto mi niño como yo experimentamos constantemente estatica en nuestros cabellos durante toda nuestra estancia. También sufrimos congestión nasal seca, incluyendo trastornos sanguíneos en el mucoso. Otro factor que podría haber contribuido a la sequía fue el carpetamiento. Los tapices no parecían limpios, ya que la nieve y la muelle de invierno habían dejado huellas visibles.

I stayed at the ibis because I was looking for an international hotel. The hotel was nice. The area the hotel is in is still significantly under development. So there didn’t appear to be a lot of options for going outside and eating. Therefore, I went to the hotel restaurant, which was quite nice. Food was good price was reasonable. The only drawback on this hotel at all is the location if you’re interested in being able to go outside and walk around and see things.

Location was good for our conference but not so good for sightseeing/ very busy road down to Peace Avenue. Staff were super. I would definitely book again.

We had a pleasant stay overall, the most positive thing is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. However, I have to note a few negatives: I was quite shocked that a 5-star hotel did not have a working AC, it was very hot in the room and very noisy and smelly outside to open the window. The rooms are a bit dated. While breakfast was varied enough, the quality wasn't up to standard compared to other Kempinski hotels I stayed in.

Good and clean hotel. While it's rated as 5-star, I would give it a high international 4-star rating. Staff are helpful and their English is very good. Location overlooks the main square of UB - this is a plus and minus. If there are a lot of activities/celebrations going on while you're in UB and you're facing the square, you'll hear ALL OF IT. If you're looking to go the main business area just north of the Shangri-la Mall, then it's about a casual 15-minute walk.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it is well located near the city centre and its staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged a car to pick us up from the airport when we arrived and helped us check the time and location of the show we wanted to see. When we arrived they upgraded our room, which was beautiful, spacious and very clean.

It's was a lovely hotel the staff was excellent very professional a special thanks to Saran and reda we arrived at the hotel early in the morning due to the flight time and with the check in time being 14.00 we was in for a long wait the hotel really looked after us and Saran moved heaven and earth to get us in the room by 11.30 which was really kind of him the hotel itself was really good the room was excellent and absolutely spotless the hard working staff really deserve credit. We didn't have breakfast but the cafe bar was very nice and really reasonably priced.me and my wife loved our 7 nights stay and a would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting ulaanbaater
