This was my second stay at the hotel and it was just as good as the first. Check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, and the hotel was a good place to relax after a long journey. The staff were helpful throughout and breakfast was good.

Good and clean hotel. While it's rated as 5-star, I would give it a high international 4-star rating. Staff are helpful and their English is very good. Location overlooks the main square of UB - this is a plus and minus. If there are a lot of activities/celebrations going on while you're in UB and you're facing the square, you'll hear ALL OF IT. If you're looking to go the main business area just north of the Shangri-la Mall, then it's about a casual 15-minute walk.

We had a pleasant stay overall, the most positive thing is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. However, I have to note a few negatives: I was quite shocked that a 5-star hotel did not have a working AC, it was very hot in the room and very noisy and smelly outside to open the window. The rooms are a bit dated. While breakfast was varied enough, the quality wasn't up to standard compared to other Kempinski hotels I stayed in.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Hotel overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is a major highlight for me, as it’s very convenient. I had to pick up my husband early in the morning from the airport, and it only took about 45 minutes, which worked out perfectly. There is also a lounge on the top floor, which is a nice feature, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. In fact, the hotel overall has an older style and could benefit from some modernization. The room itself was on the smaller side but still comfortable enough for a short stay. One issue I noticed was with the bathroom ventilation. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, when I turned on the ventilator, cigarette smoke seemed to come through. Once I turned it off, the smell disappeared. Additionally, we stayed two nights, and housekeeping did not come to make up the room, which was a bit disappointing. This is an area the hotel could improve. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and excellent location.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. Con la aplicación UBcab, un taxi cuesta unos dos o tres dólares estadounidenses para llegar al centro de la ciudad. El hotel está ubicado entre las plantas 11 y 13, con un centro comercial y dos plantas de restaurantes en la planta baja. Los estándares de este hotel no eran acordes a la cadena Novotel. No había guía de televisión y los cargadores eléctricos no estaban instalados correctamente, por lo que tuvimos que cambiar de lugar para cargar mis dispositivos. La habitación era espaciosa y tranquila, salvo para varios grupos de turistas que estaban en el mismo piso que el nuestro, lo que provocó noches inquietas. La calidad del servicio era aceptable, pero la gerencia debería analizar seriamente los estándares de calidad y servicio de este hotel.

It's was a lovely hotel the staff was excellent very professional a special thanks to Saran and reda we arrived at the hotel early in the morning due to the flight time and with the check in time being 14.00 we was in for a long wait the hotel really looked after us and Saran moved heaven and earth to get us in the room by 11.30 which was really kind of him the hotel itself was really good the room was excellent and absolutely spotless the hard working staff really deserve credit. We didn't have breakfast but the cafe bar was very nice and really reasonably priced.me and my wife loved our 7 nights stay and a would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting ulaanbaater
