He viajado a más de cien países y he permanecido en numerosos hoteles. Neiburgs es uno de mis favoritos. Está situado justo detrás de la Catedral de Riga y es conveniente para los antiguos lugares de la ciudad. Tiene un muy buen restaurante acompañado al hotel. El hotel está situado en pleno centro del casco antiguo y goza de una ubicación muy conveniente. Debido a problemas con la presión del agua en el casco antiguo, la ducha del último piso tenía poca presión, así que, tras hablar con el hotel, nos cambiaron inmediatamente a una habitación en una planta inferior. La habitación estaba totalmente equipada. El desayuno era muy abundante, con café de marca y lonchas de pescado fresco. En la habitación había dos botellas de agua, lo que indicaba que los miembros Silver Card podían obtener una gratis por estancia, pero como se suponía que dos personas recibirían una cada una, acabamos pagando 3,50 € por botella.

Vieta netālu no autoostas un Vecrīgas. Lai nokļūtu, gājiens pa bruģi un mazām ietvēm. Lai arī iečekošanās no 15, 17.00 jāstāv vismaz 40 minūšu rindā, ļoti garlaicīgs moments, ja paredzēta tikšanās. Nebiju informēta par garantijas naudas 30$ maksu. Istaba piemērota, 2 līmeņu, standarts. Pieejams gludināmais dēlis un tējas vārīšanas iespējas, kafija gan tikai 1, lai arī 2vietīgais numuriņš. Gardas brokastis. Spožs apgaismojums. Kluss.

Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quite clean and newly refurbished however there were too many basic errors and design choices / management choices that are not up to the level of the other 5 star hotels in Riga. The mini bar was ridiculously expensive I mean 2 or 3 times as much as other hotels in the city and they had the nerve to charge me for a drink I don’t consume. They have apologised since and I’m waiting on a refund. The tiny tub if almonds were listed for 14 euros for example. No hooks in the bathroom for clothes, no shower screen on the bath, limited buffet options for breakfast but decent Al a carte options, furniture in room not comfortable, no proper wardrobe, rug in the room but covered by the bed, no teapots or large mugs for tea. My advice is only stay if the rate is about 1/2 of the other 5 star hotels in Riga.

El hotel no está en la ciudad de Riga, pero hay muchos tranvías y autobuses en la ciudad que son convenientes. Es muy conveniente ir al aeropuerto en la línea de autobús del aeropuerto. Si planea ir al aeropuerto temprano en la mañana, puede tomar el autobús fácilmente. La estación de autobuses está justo en frente del hotel. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas, con estándares de cuatro estrellas. Al lado hay un gran parque.

El hotel tiene una buena estancia en noviembre de 2025 junto con mi perro, un Border Collie. Se nos recibió caliente y tratado con amable atención por el personal durante toda nuestra estancia. Muy buena ubicación, también. Definitivamente reservaría de nuevo:)

The location of this hotel is perfect; it’s just a 10-minute walk from both the central bus and train stations, and less than 15 minutes to the main tourist spots. I particularly liked that the closest malls are only 2 minutes away, with numerous restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are nice and polite. I was also pleasantly surprised by the well-designed sauna and the 24-hour gym. However, we encountered an issue with the door lock to our room, which failed to open with our room cards. We reported this to the staff, who promised to fix it that day, but unfortunately, the lock remained broken until our checkout. As a result, we had to call security every time we returned to our room, which was quite annoying and prevented us from fully enjoying the hotel facilities since someone had to stay inside the room.
