El personal de recepción, tanto en el turno de mañana como en el de tarde, fue increíblemente amable y cortés. Nos ayudaron de inmediato con cualquier pregunta y entendieron rápidamente nuestras necesidades. Incluso nos pidieron pollo frito y nos indicaron la mejor ruta. Hay consigna de equipaje disponible después del check-out, y el personal estuvo siempre disponible para atender cualquier consulta. Fue una experiencia realmente reconfortante. Si bien la habitación no era grande, tenía espacio suficiente para cuatro maletas y un balcón con una hermosa vista del puerto. El hotel también ofrece gimnasio y lavadora y secadora de autoservicio (disponibles con reserva previa), lo cual fue muy práctico. Me encantó especialmente el tarjetero de la habitación, que incluía un mapa cuidadosamente diseñado de las atracciones cercanas. Fue práctico y un recuerdo memorable. En general, quedé muy satisfecho con mi estancia y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Nos alojamos en cuatro hoteles en este viaje, ¡y el secador de pelo de este fue increíblemente efectivo! El champú y los productos de baño también eran fantásticos y olían de maravilla. ¡Este hotel es muy recomendable!

Nuestra estancia en el L7 Haeundae fue excelente. El hotel tiene un estilo moderno y práctico, justo en la lateral de la playa, en una zona llena de cafés, restaurantes y con accesos cerca de las estaciones de metro. Habitación: Cómoda, limpia y de diseño moderno minimalista y luminosa, detalle especial, el hotel provee batas y pantuflas suaves, lo cual se agradece mucho después de un día de caminatas, Comidas tipo buffet: Hermoso y bien presentado. La variedad es correcta y la forma en que disponen la comida es visualmente muy cuidada. Comer con vista al mar lo hace aún más especial. El rooftop puedes disfrutar de vistas panorámicas del mar y la ciudad ,El personal fue amable, con actitud proactiva. Llegamos antes del horario y el hotel tiene lockers gratuitos donde pudimos dejar el equipaje de forma segura y empezar el día libres.

Todo el personal te recibe con alegría y es muy atento. La mayoría habla inglés o japonés, lo cual es muy tranquilizador. El servicio de guardaequipaje después del check-out es sencillo y la ubicación es excelente. Te cambiarán a una buena habitación si hay alguna disponible. También te pedirán un taxi. Sin embargo, me preocupó un poco que solo proporcionaran una esponja de baño al día, incluso si reservas para dos personas.

Gran hotel con habitaciones limpias y espacios comunes, excelente vista de la ciudad desde prácticamente cualquier habitación. La mayoría del personal habla coreano e inglés con fluidez para los viajeros extranjeros y locales. Limpieza diaria de habitaciones salvo que solicites lo contrario. Ellos repondrán lo que uses en la habitación, incluido té, café, cepillos de dientes, toallas, pantuflas, agua embotellada y otras comodidades que puedes solicitar en la recepción. El portero es muy educado y cortés. La ubicación es una de las mejores que puedes conseguir en Haeundae, cerca a pie de todo tipo de comida, restaurantes, mercados callejeros, playa y paradas de autobús. Zona muy segura incluso para Corea. Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado, especialmente por el precio.

I stayed here for one night in the Ocean Classic Double room. The location is excellent—it’s only a 3-minute walk to the metro station and perfectly situated between Haeundae and Gwangalli. The view is stunning; you can see the famous Gwangalli Bridge through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is well-equipped, and having a washing machine in the room is a huge plus for longer stays. Overall, the room was mostly clean, though I did notice some stains on the comforter. The front desk staff were very welcoming; even though their English wasn't perfect, they went out of their way to help me. It was a nice experience overall and definitely great value for the money.

Ocean view was awesome. The beach was close and there was a bus stop right near the hotel, so it was nice to move around. However, the person paying at the buffet felt unkind. Other than that, it was perfect. Other than that, the bathroom in the room was a little uncomfortable, everything was great.

Excelente ubicación, habitación espaciosa. Puntos a considerar: 1. No hay toallas grandes, solo toallas de gimnasio de tamaño normal. 2. No hay plancha disponible, y podrías tener que insistir hasta que encuentren una. 3. El Hotel Suncloud y el Hotel Sea Cloud están en el mismo edificio y piso. Por si el taxista se confunde (el nuestro lo estaba). 4. La piscina solo abre en agosto y cierra el resto del año (nos lo avisaron). La ubicación es perfecta y la vista es magnífica.

El hotel se está quedando un poco anticuado, con habitaciones pequeñas y destartaladas y un aire acondicionado que da directamente a las camas. Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Elegí Gwangalli para mis vacaciones de verano.
