«El proceso de registro y los niveles de servicio de la propiedad realmente hacen que esto pase de una estadía de 5 estrellas a una de 2 estrellas. Una propiedad con mucho potencial pero que no permite que los huéspedes se registren hasta las 4 p. m. y luego quiere que se vayan a las 11 a. m. en punto de la mañana siguiente simplemente no está bien. Llegamos al mediodía e intentamos registrarnos temprano, lo cual fue denegado. A pesar de que la habitación estuvo vacía a partir de las 13:00 horas. Mal servicio cuando intentamos contactar con ellos. La habitación en sí es muy bonita, buena conexión WiFi, agua caliente y una cama cómoda. Pero el servicio hace que no quiera volver.»

«첫째날 저녁 늦게 도착해서 가성비 호텔을 찾다가.. 이 호텔을 보게 되었는데 너무 깔끔함에 반해서 예약하게 되었습니다. 몰랐는데 제가 간날 부산국제영화제 첫째날이라 모든 호텔이 비쌌던.. 그래서 가성비 있게 예약은 못했지만. 너무 훌륭했어요. 재방문의사 20000% 배우자랑 둘이 갔는데 남은방이 3인방이였는지 모든 물품이 3인이였어요. 무인은 처음이였는데 카카오톡으로 체크인&체크아웃 아주 잘했고 주차등록 등등 모든것이 어렵지 않았습니다! 내부는 상세페이지에 나온 그대로 동일했어요. 동영상만 찍어서 사진이 없네요. 오히려 더 좋았던 것 같습니다! 네비에 나온데로 가면 주차장입구가 아닌 출구로 안내하고 직진을 해야 입구가 나오는데 운이 좋았는지 헤매진 않고 잘 찾있어요. 늦은 저녁이라 갈 수 있는 식당이 많이 없어서 바로앞 길건너 자무카 이자카야로 갔는데 여기 진짜 맛있어요! 강추입니다!!! 위치도 좋고 모든 점이 좋았습니다!»

«El formato del apartamento. El edificio es nuevo, los apartamentos son nuevos, no exactamente un hotel. Si bien se proporcionan todas las comodidades, está prohibido usarlas (por ejemplo, lavadora o estufa), lo cual es sorprendente, pero por lo demás, ¡todo es genial! La cama es limpia y cómoda, y proporcionan tantas toallas que ni siquiera nos molestamos en usarlas todas; dejamos las limpias. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de las calles comerciales de Nampo, frente al mercado de pescado de Chagalchi, el metro y los autobuses, mercados nocturnos y supermercados. Básicamente, todo está a poca distancia a pie. Si viajas con niños, te recomiendo que el hotel instale microondas pequeños. Aunque entiendo por qué no están: para conservar el olor de la nueva renovación el mayor tiempo posible. En resumen, gracias al NewCZ Hotel; ¡sin duda nos alojaremos de nuevo!»
