Hoteles con gimnasio en Chania

This was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help you always with a friendly smile. The hotel is clean and adults only makes it a bonus. It’s a 10 second walk from the beach front. The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty. Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do. Would come back here again for sure and to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

La ubicación es muy agradable, el hotel es muy bonito y todos son muy útiles. Se quedaría de nuevo en un golpe de corazón y planea volver.

La ubicación del hotel es definitivamente muy buena y un punto más. Nos recibimos amablemente y la señora en el bar nos dio una bebida de bienvenida. El hotel parece bastante de alta calidad en la entrada y se siente bien levantado. Diría que no tiene nivel 5-Sterne, pero así es el 3, 5-4 absoluto. La habitación que habíamos recibido no tenía ventanas (en la descripción estaba una). No hay problema para nosotros. Nuestra mayor crítica es porque no había puerta en la ducha porque se le quitó. Por desgracia, no se pudo duchar bien sin inyectar agua al exterior. Cuando nos dimos cuenta de la recepción, lamentablemente, sólo había un ”no sabíamos” y prefierían llamar al teléfono y dejar que el invitado se quedara. ¿Quién quiere saber si no el hotel, por desgracia lejos del servicio 5-Sterne. Esperamos una pequeña disculpa y que se aborde el problema. Me siento realmente lamentable que se obtenga tanto dinero y luego se obtenga una habitación que no sea conforme a la norma y que no sea en realidad el nivel deseado para ser donado a los huéspedes. Afortunadamente, pasamos aquí sólo un día y pasamos la semana en un hotel adecuado 5-Sterne. Realmente sólo puedo dar estrellas en cualquier lugar 3/5.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! La habitación era espaciosa y el hotel era muy limpio y muy cómodo. Todo se sentía nuevo y el servicio era realmente 5 estrellas. Se nos sorprendió felizmente saber que la piscina interior es realmente un jacuzzi gigante. The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was good, we got a free upgrade, which moved us to another one of their other hotels (Corissia Princess Hotel) which was nice. Housekeeping could have been more thorough, we left the towels on the bathroom floor and they were not replaced. They also did not replenish tea bags. However reception is quick to rectify. Hot water went out one of the days which was annoying but maintenance was quick to fix it. Pools, beach chairs, private beach area looked great, however we did not get the chance to use them as the weather was not great and the indoor pool closed around 7pm. Breakfast was good and the location was nice (not connected to hotel)

Room was very clean and spacious. The facilities are modern and the pool overlooking the sea is amazing with stunning views. The hotel is a little out of town which is great to avoid the hustle and bustle but does require a taxi or a short walk from the end of the bus line. We would stay here again.

El hotel dispone de completas instalaciones, está limpio y ordenado, el servicio es profesional y cálido, y las habitaciones son luminosas e insonorizadas. El desayuno era muy bueno y la ubicación era genial. ¡Sorprendido de recibir un pastel de cumpleaños! Hotel de cuatro estrellas muy recomendable.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The new team is doing an amazing job, everything was very well organized and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!
