Woww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view. The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth. I am 100% recommended this hotel

Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

I can't express enough how lovely the staff was, perfect location and very clean. The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. What an amazing man thank you so much.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

El hotel se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y tenía decoración de Halloween, muy bonito. Tenía muchas actividades y también las entradas al parque Terra mítica que no me lo esperaba. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue súper amable. La comida del desayuno también estuvo muy rica y muy variada. Repeteríamos mucho está experiencia

El hotel es muy limpio, el personal era muy amable y servicio excepcional. Lo recomendaría definitivamente. El restaurante era inmaculado, el alimento delicioso y el personal muy amable. Había muchos entretenimientos, restaurantes y mercados cerca.

Like all rental Apartments, ours, number 3B was what you make of it. It is located in Vigo off Calle Santander. It's a reasonable walk down to Avenida Armarda de Espania, which is the main Road into the Town Centre, just turn left. To our right after a short walk is the local store. If you continue uphill you will come to a major supermarket . The Apartment is spacious but an extra shelf would be handy. The washing machine in the Apartment was useful.

El hotel es bueno, está limpio y tiene una buena ubicación, pero hay una gran diferencia entre una habitación individual y todas las demás categorías de habitaciones, y eso no se mencionó. La habitación individual es bastante pequeña y tiene ventana, lo que no coincide en absoluto con el precio de la habitación que pagué.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

De primera cara el personal es muy amable, están a tu disposición y realmente son rápidos. Tiene buenas instalaciones aunque un poco extraño la manera en la que están repartidos. Ahora, para la relación calidad-precio y ser un hotel 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones no las limpian bien, y no es que dejamos la habitación sucia, pero a primera vista se nota que no lo han limpiado sobretodo el baño. Los huéspedes pasaban corriendo y gritando por los pasillos dificultando tomar siesta o dormir directamente. La ubicación está bien, cerca de levante. De haber sido impecable sería unas 4 estrellas pero para mi no vale la pena.
