Hôtel très sale... terrasse jonchée de mégots et de paquets de cigarettes vides,...draps douteux...bruyant car au bord d une route...chambre sentant l humidité...salle de bain malodorante...overpriced...à éviter!!! J ai quitté l hôtel après 10 minutes... après avoir été remboursé...

Respuesta del alojamiento: Dear Sir. We are sorry for your inconvenience. But you are checking-in early free of charge at 9 am. Our cleaning staff is in process of cleaning all the room and the terrace, and the terrace has not been cleaned yet because the previous guest has just left the area after smoking, and we could not possibly clean the area while the guest was still sitting & smoking there. For the price, I think IDR 350.000 for room with aircon,hot water shower bathroom,TV,WIFI, window with seaview, and breakfast(+free early checkin) for 2 person is not overpriced. I dont understand how your comparison that the room is overpriced. You can compare it to other hotel in the area to be fair. Wish you have good time visiting Nias Island. Regards, Nasional Hotel
