Valoraciones de Plaza Hotel Lucchesi

Todo espectacular un hotel de lujo, tanto servicio instalaciones, desayuno buenísimo, y habitacion familiar de 10, todo un acierto!!, maravillados nos hemos quedado.

La habitación es muy vieja desde hace mucho tiempo, incluso el aire acondicionado no puede bajarlo, hace mucho calor.

Hotel limpio, con habitación bien amueblada es grande; personal amable y siempre disponible; Abundante desayuno!! 10 minutos a pie estás en la catedral ... hermoso paseo por el río

La ubicación es buena, el rendimiento general de los costos está en línea con la descripción y está muy cerca de las atracciones. Recomendado. El aparcamiento cuesta 35 euros al día.

The hotel overall was very clean and tidy. The bar staff were accommodating and pleasant as were the doormen. Reception staff were helpful although not overly friendly which is unusual.

청소는 깔끔하나 욕실에서 락스 냄새가 많이 났어요. 리버뷰로 업그레이드 했지만 별로 였어요 .조식은 맛있었습니다

Ottimo hotel, vicino al centro con parcheggio e ogni confort. Piscina all’ultimo piano da cui si vede il centro di Firenze!! Abbiamo alloggiato qui per la seconda volta e ritorneremo!

Un lugar muy bonito y cómodo; tienen todo lo que se necesita y más. !! El personal muy amable súpero mucho mi expectativa un lugar de 10!!

The property was fantastic and the people were great. My only comment to the contrary is the air conditioning. Lots of hotels in Italy turn off the air conditioning and only provide heat. This property was no different. I tend to run a bit warm and i like to sleep in a cold room. I was a bit concerned about leaving the window open all night and the fan they provided was very loud. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff just want to help anyway they can. Being close to the river is great too. It is a beautiful stroll in the evening with plenty of place to stop and grab a glass of wine

The best hotel I have ever stayed at, hands down. Free upgrade on the room was beyond appreciated and after already having travelled for a few weeks, my three days here were a much needed Oasis. Everything was lovely. Even every room smelled amazing! What an important touch. Front desk staff extremely pleasant, laundry service amazing, and everything everywhere was spotlessly clean. Just wow. I will be back here my next time I come to Florence, no doubt about it. Thank you!

We stayed for 5 nights over the christmas period. we have a room with a balcony and had a stunning view over the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were delightful My only minor criticism was that the towels were quite old and worn and the beds were quite hard, but that didn't detract from a wonderful stay ...we'll be back x

Hotel was right on the Arno river just like we wanted and our room was right on the river as well. Unfortunately the roof top was closed due to the bad weather which passed through a couple of days before we arrived. The bartenders were great and made some good drinks for us while we watched some local soccer matches on the bar TV.
