Hotel/Alojamientos familiares en El Barcelonés

初めてのバルセロナ滞在でしたがこのホテルを選んで正解でした。とても満足しています。 ホテルはEstación de Francia駅の目の前にありとても便利です。空港からはEl Prat Estació 駅で1度乗り換えると到着できます。 ホテルのスタッフさんはみんな暖かく迎えてくれます。部屋はカードキーが不要でパスコードを与えられるのでそちらで解除できます。鍵を無くす心配がなくてよかったです。 部屋はコンパクトですが、ベッドも水回りも綺麗です。3人で宿泊しましたが広さに問題はありませんでした。 ボルン地区に位置しており周りに飲食店やおしゃれなお店も多くあります。サグラダファミリアから寄り道しながらホテルまで帰ってこれる距離でした。 バス停も近くにあるので行動しやすいです。 ロビーでは無料で水や果物などの軽食をいただけます。電子レンジや冷蔵庫は共有です。 バルセロナに行く際はもう一度こちらに宿泊したいです。

Our first impression was how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the front desk to the small lounge area, the room, and the bathroom. The bed deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a truly restful sleep. The bathroom, while compact, was dry, hygienic, and well-kept. The shower had strong water pressure and consistently hot water, which we really appreciated. The room also had a heating function in the air conditioner, making our stay warm and pleasant. We were also warmly welcomed by the staff. Although the lady who helped us with check-in and the gentleman at check-out didn’t speak much English, they were both very kind and had such friendly smiles. It made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

La habitación era muy confortable, limpia y confortable. Una cosa que no amamos fue que el concierge estaba literalmente justo fuera de nuestra habitación (en realidad incluso bloqueando la mitad de la puerta) que no permitió mucha privacidad y interacciones ligeramente aterradores cuando tuvimos que dejar la habitación para el baño o ir La habitación está bien, y la habitación está bien. ¡La entrada y la salida no son desechos!

This is our 1st time having such a bad experience stay. We were asked via WhatsApp to provide our personal passport info and to pay hotel tax via a payment link in the WhatsApp, it was received well in advance before our check-in. We found this way is very unusual, and due to uncertainty whether the message was from the property , we declined to pay the tax upfront. Then the so-called property staff claimed we disrespect them. I found absurd as we have fully paid our accommodation and told them will fully pay the tax upon check-in, of which it was a small amount as compared to the total 3 nights stay rate. After checked in, we found only one toilet roll is given without any tissue. So we requested for an extra, and becoz the weather was warm, we asked for a thin bedsheet instead of a given duvet. The property staff said need to charge us £50 simply for a thin pc of bedsheet!! We found this is ridiculous and giving us an extra toilet roll, they were unhappy. What is the cost of a toilet roll as compared to the high rate stay of this property as compared to nearby accommodation? They gave us an under expectation unit, with no view (see photo) , which is so much difference from the advertised photo. They objected to change room for us even though we told them the safe deposit box is spoilt on the day after checking in. Goodness was that they wanted us to clear the trash bins to bring it to ground floor on our last day ! I havn’t encountered this at all even in dome AirBnB units. We asked for Trash bags as their bin has not bag, the property staff said they provide no trash bags! So how are we supposed to help them to clear the trash if no bags provided? U expect us to buy trash bag and help them to clean? Totally ridiculous! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED as the unit is small , odd room layout

A very kind and welcoming woman at the reception who explained everything in detail; city maps and guides are also available on site. The room fully matches the photos and includes towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and an air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Sound insulation is not perfect, but during our stay there were no noisy guests, so it did not affect our sleep. There is a shared fridge and microwave near the reception, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe area with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, and about a 35–40 minute walk to Sagrada Família at a relaxed pace. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient, comfortable, and safe accommodation close to the city center.

Pequeño pero cómodo. Lo malo es el ruido por la noche que se escucha tanto desde la calle como desde los pasillos (si tienes vecinos ruidosos).

Es caro por lo que es. Es mejor pillar un hostal de esos nuevos con una habitación compartida. Poco espacio, no hay mesa, ni zonas comunes donde sentarse, no se ventila bien. El aire te congela, es difícil regularlo. Hay ruido de gente andando casi a todas horas. Lo bueno es que el colchón no está mal.

Dans un quartier très vivant. Parking pratique et surtout gratuit, une rareté. Chambre correcte. Literie correcte. Défauts: pas de passage de la femme de ménage le 2eme jour, manque de rangement pour les habits, une petite cafetière à dosettes dans la chambre serait un petit plus.

Excellent séjour, Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant, aimable et toujours prêt à aider. Leur professionnalisme a rendu notre séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est très confortable, propre et idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les principales attractions et des transports. Je le recommande sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

El precio es barato, reservé una habitación para dos y la habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada. La ubicación está muy cerca del Arco del Triunfo. Al lado hay un pequeño supermercado, que es muy conveniente para ir de compras. En general, no tiene nada de malo. Está bastante bien.
