有一説一 設施舊也沒什麼 衞生超差 四百多房間衹值150 其他真的很一般 毛巾上面有黑色灰塵 被子不乾淨還有頭髮 枕頭還有汗臭味這是最接受不了的希望改進一下吧

六十年代的設備，現代化的高價，你可真會搞事啊老闆，整個酒店連個充電頭都沒有，usb插孔也沒有，馬桶破了個洞。房間古董設施，老舊的枱燈，説的平方數根本不夠，陽枱面積他全算進去了，陽台形同虛設，熱**的天氣根本沒人會坐出去，房間門是爛的，關門不用力根本關不上。設施非常簡陋。但是收費是五百多一晚上。勸退吧各位，前台服務也非常差，前台就是一個小桌子一個服務員

My experience during the stay was positive, and I appreciated the comfortable accommodations and attentive service. Although there were some areas for improvement, the overall impression was good, and the staff's efforts contributed to a pleasant experience.

I used to staycation here back before Covid. Evidently, the pandemic broke this hotel all the at down. The rooms have been filthy and in disrepair; moldy walls and ceilings, and disgustingly spotted furniture. The beds in rooms 806 and 505 were hard as rocks. For a serviced apartment there are no utensils provided, and dust and filth all around. The hallways are packed with tenants trash and belongings (8th floor), and I had roaches in room 806. I will never stay here again. It should be taken over by a management group who cares. It saddens me that the hotel has fallen so far down as it is in a great location. I will not waste my money again.

If you’re a foreigner: the bed is hard as a rock, if you’re not used to something like this will it kill you softly :))
Location si great. Is clean in Chinese standards. You have even a washing machine.
The nicest park next to the building. Acces to metro. Restaurants in canton place. All good with this place just that hard bed …

This is a nice, decent place to stay. Location is walking distance to Tancun subway station (line 5). The room that I stayed in was spacious and adequately clean. Having a refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the room was convenient. View from the balcony overlooking the nearby park was nice. I have to mention the lady at the reception who is usually there in the evenings. She was extremely helpful all the time, and went out of her way to help me book a taxi as well as ride on Didi. I was a foreigner so this was much appreciated. The only drawback I found was there are no larger supermarkets, grocery stores or shopping closeby, and restaurant options are limited
