Firstly the customer care is magnificent, as you walk into the lobby the approachable, friendly, smiling staff are as helpful as you could ever want someone to be... The fact that you are then shuttled off in a little golf cart to your room with your luggage (either with or after you, dependent on amount or bags) is an added extra (the walk is never that far, it just adds to the customer care). The room we had was luxurious feeling, spacious and pre cooled for our arrival (in a hot climate that is another wonderfully thoughtful touch). More than one member of staff was happy to share with us the Wednesday evening activities of street food and live music, for not just guests but locals alike (the best part was they were thoughtful enough to offer guests the chance to book tables so the locals who all knew the set up didn't get there first and leave us out of the action). A magnificent evening that made the stay even more worth while.

Si quieres un hotel con muchas actividades, entretenimiento cada noche y varias experiencias de cenar no es para ti, pero no nos dimos y Coyaba nos dio la vacación más fantástica. Es un hotel pequeño - las habitaciones son hermosas y los jardines son hermosos (mantenidos en condiciones de privacidad), pero una de las mejores cosas sobre el hotel es en la fabulosa playa de Grand Anse. The property was nice and clean. Wonderful view from the property although must be fit to climb the hill. For the kitchen area I would recommend that some shelves be made over the fridge to a commode the microwave, plate and some space to do make a sandwich. The drains outside the property by the road, had a stench, so that needs to be looked into. But I would come again. All the staff I met were very friendly and help full. And I would recommend to all my friends and families. Continue the good works.

El nivel económico general de Granada es promedio y esta es la mejor opción en la actualidad.

Nos quedamos aquí, pero debido a las restricciones del Coronavirus que nos obligaron a cortar un corto estadía en Carriacou, nos quedamos aquí por 2 noches. El hotel está en camino al aeropuerto, así que hay tráfico pasando todo el tiempo, pero no nos dimos cuenta de que era invasivo. La habitación de la piscina era muy agradable, y el sol estaba sombrío con una buena brecha. El hotel está en una pista de atracción, así que no lo clasificaría como una silla de ruedas amigable ni para cualquiera con problemas de movilidad.
