Listen , I’ve read thru all the reviews and quite frankly , some of the low scoring ones aren’t really fair . I’ve been coming to GC for about a decade now . I’m titanium with Marriott / Ritz ., stayed both places more than once I’ve stayed at Kimpton, Westin, the condos at Caribbean Club ..etc . All of those places have had room issues at more than double the cost to stay , Ritz quadruple the cost per night. Staff issues run the gamut , as I could give you instances in all of those aforementioned places, with staff so out of touch and out of line , they should have been fired on the spot . The beach on 7 mile has very few spots to date , that are glistening and inviting like in the day . Recent storms and erosion have altered it in many stretches , so it’s not exactly stellar . The GC and HI are what they are . They don’t advertise as high end nor do they compete for that market segment . The rooms and 2 bedroom villas in both places are adequate, and the staff , minus a rogue employee , work with the amenities and property at large . 3 star properties , give you just that , occasionally above that in service and view . I chose to stay at both because I don’t care about jumping in the ocean or the need for Ferragamo toiletries , down pillows and Frette bedding . That’s not why I select these properties . I’m fortunate to be able to include nice things in my daily life so coming to GC is about the chill , vibe and the people I’ve come to know . There is a simple shuttle to get you onto the beach , plenty of beautiful views and the bar and restaurant are fun and equal to a good Neighborhood hang out . If your soending un

¡Si pudiera calificar esta propiedad más alta que excelente, yo lo haría! Cuando escogí un hotel, hice una gran cantidad de investigación y vi que el local tenía gran valoración y ahora veo por qué. Antes de llegar allí, Chantelle era muy útil por correo electrónico. Cualquier pregunta que tuve que contestar estaba allí. Una vez llegado la habitación era grande, limpio y nuevo. El desayuno complementario era delicioso. La mejor parte era el personal!!! Ellos nos trataron tan bien como si nos hubieran conocido para siempre. Fue el fin de semana de cumpleaños de mis amigos y la hacen sentir tan especial. Cada vez que sucedió algo emocionante en nuestro viaje, siempre nos fuimos a ellos para contarles la historia como se sentían como amigos. ¡Quiero decir un gran agradecimiento a la querida personal de escritorio, Tyler, Aaron, Che, Paul y Natalie en el mantenimiento de la casa.
