Balayı için geldiğimiz mükemmel bir otel yemekleri çok güzeldi ,çalışanları bir dediğinizi ikiletmiyor bu çok önemliydi benim için.konumu havuzları ve müşteriye özel plaj deniz imkanı sunması harika.Müdür Hacer hanım ilgisi ve iletişimi ayrıca Baran Türk’ün resepsiyondaki güzel ve sıcak karşılaması insana en baştan güven veriyor.Otelin dış görünüşü çok güzel dikkatimizi çekmişti ,içi de bir okadar güzel ve gemi havası var tabiki tavsiye ederim.

Visiting with friends. Initially the hotel is a nice layout. There are three accessible bars; The Lobby, Poolside and Restaurant bar. All of which serve a good, varied range of drinks, meals mostly branded. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. A great range of bathroom disposables including toothbrush& paste, razor & cream, loofah, soap, shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, cotton buds, sanitary products and conditioner. The staff are why I have bumped my rating up. The restaurant and bar staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. From helping connect phones to liaising with the bank and hospital when we had an emergency. Always a cheery greeting and smiles (well, from most but you always get one or two grumpy ones) The lifeguards are great and very attentive. What stopped me giving five stars was the food. Although it was good it was very much the same type of thing meal after meal. A lot of food wasn’t served hot enough. Mashed potatoes are packet.

Hola! Hemos sido visitados Sherwood Exclusive Kemer 2 veces en 2023 (mayo y octubre). Podemos decir que este hotel es muy bueno especialmente para la familia con niños. Hotel tiene buena concepción, animación para niños es muy buena. Gracias a Lena y Zilia por la buena animación para nuestro hijo. También muy bueno entretenimiento para adultos. También nos gustaría agradecer el buen servicio en los bares y restaurantes, especialmente los barmanes Erhan, Sedat y Yusuf. ¡Lucia es la mejor! Lucia puede resolver cualquier pregunta o problema en un corto plazo. Gracias a este equipo de profesionales, nuestra familia desea visitar Sherwood Exclusive Kemer otra vez 🙂 Adiós de Victoria, Estonia 🙂

This hotel is good if not spectacular. The good - the staff are friendly, pools are clean as are the rooms on arrival. Beach is great and the pontoon is a really nice place to spend the day. A couple in our group had 2 seperate spa treatments which they said were very good and good value for money. The not so good - food is certainly not spectacular, it is very samey nightly. It's certainly not awful but the choice is relatively limited on hot food. The salad bar is certainly well stocked. The snack bar is the best place to go where they cook your choice fresh. They have a i'm assuming 'special' on the first station each night. It was a bit hit and miss but again it's certainly not awful. We stayed in a bungalow - the location was fantastic - just over from the pool and the main restaurant. The bathroom needs a bit of love and care - seals around shower were all coming off. The room cleaning is a bit random - some days it was very good and others it looked like noone had been in there with the duvet folded at the end of the bed - first world problems but you would expect more from a 5* hotel. The a la carte restaurant is decent however avoid if you have any sort of nut allergy - it seems every dish has some form of nut in. Ice cream bar was very popular with my daughter but unusual that it was only open from 4 each day. You can however get ice creams for lunch. We did have a late check out on leaving which they did for us complimentary again showing good customer service. Much appreciated! All in all I think 4/5 is a fair score.

This is our 3rd visit to the Rixos chain of hotels and we are impressed! The Rixos Beldibi was fantastic and staff were friendly from the moment we arrived there. Overall Quality 5-star hotel, with excellent staff in a setting that makes you feel at home. Worth a visit for couples and families. If going, take advantage of free transfer and entry to Land of Legends Park. Room We had a spacious room on the 3rd floor with a view of the gardens and sea. I wanted to bring the bed home with us as was so comfortable! The room was spotless and maid service did a great job especially with the towel animals. Restaurants The breakfast buffet had an expansive range and choice, I think we had different things every day and never got tired of the selection. There was ample seating both inside and out in the main restaurant with the décor and ambiance making it feel varied and comfortable. The patisserie had a selection of cakes and biscuits that changed each day and a good range of Teas and Coffees that complimented them. I was very partial to a Turkish Coffee and cake mid-morning and my waistline shows it after the trip! During the day the Bistro restaurant was relaxed, and service couldn’t be faulted. It felt like we were in an upmarket restaurant. With our stay we had a single a la carte diner at the Italian, where we sat on the veranda. There were many courses, and we especially enjoyed the ravioli which was creamy and rich. Bars The range of branded drinks was extensive, and wines were tasty. There were at least 4 different types of beers with range and flavour. With the cocktails the staff could make any you wanted however we weren’t that adventurous. The lobby bar was quiet, and we spent most of our time at the beach bar, where the evening entertainment was. Pool The main pool was split in two level and there was a separate kids pool. It was clean and well looked after with friendly lifeguards. There were plenty of sun loungers providing a picturesque view of the mountains catching the sun through till around 4 pm ish. Beach The beach had plenty of sun loungers and cabanas and we always found a space. Swimming in the sea was refreshing and safe and I saw a few fish. We loved the pier and getting afternoon sun looking back at the hotel and views, especially when sipping an ice coffee. Entertainments The staff worked hard and provided a varied entertainment schedule. During the day there were many activities you were free to join in with we tried tennis, basketball, and a bit of table tennis. We didn’t fancy the aerial exercise class or the bike ride to the canyon. Over the week in the evening there was karaoke and a music quiz and we had a laugh. For us it was pitched at the right level however a younger crowd may want a bit more. The kids club ran all day and till late in the evening the kids looked to be loving it! Land of Legends Wow. We took advantage of the free transfer and access to the Land of Legends and with-it being October we were able to

Really had a blast time enjoyed every minute of it top class service especially by Ramazan and ozgull who were fantastic in evening bar area and I like their idea of adding you in WhatsApp group service where u can ask them about anything regarding about the hotel services mine was with Esin&Irem they were very helpful👍. The only drawback I had it’s the reception staff who I thought it’s not very reliable they say one thing and do another and if they can improve their service and speak bit of english that would be much appreciated. Apart from that it was very enjoyable the food is delicious 😋 lots of variety they have Starbucks inside and Noodle bar and the main restaurant, drinks at all bars, Nespresso coffee spots and chocolate bar patisserie plus 24hour restaurant available in all Inclusive. If u are bored of all that there are 4-5 Ala Carte restaurants to give more options love the sea water its warm and is the best sea water in Turkey I swim in, although swimming pool water is cold but still it’s good, tried their spa services was very nice 👌 plenty of entertainment to keep you busy and its Fantastic👍and I would highly recommend this hotel to visit. Были в Loxia comfort 26-29.11.2023 семьёй вчетвером. Особенно понравилась территория отеля - зелёная,сосны кругом, рядом горы и море. Пляж мелкая галька, практически песок что очень удобно. В море есть небольшое скальное образование в виде рифа, где много всевозможных рыб, в камнях видел краба, каракатицы стайками проплывают. Природа действительно живая, есть с чем сравнивать. Питание тоже норм, всё есть. Коктейли в лобби баре приличные, особенно фирменные от Loxia. Слабовата анимация для детей из-за этого пришлось сменить отель на более высокий уровень, на ресепшене не говорят по-русски совсем. Уборка номеров страдает, даже чаевые в виде 100 лир ощутимо не помогли. В принципе норм для тех кто любит тишину и природу.
