This is an excellent hotel, with good facilities, lovely central courtyard, plenty of free parking, and very friendly staff. With Chatham and the Dockyard nearby, the location is excellent.
Not certain which category to put this hotel in! It's not luxury but better than budget. The rooms are a little dated and the TVs need upgrading. The shower, again, a little dated.
We booked a room for three as our adult son has learning disabilities. He was delighted to find he had a separate bedroom with his own, small TV.
The rooms were clean, the hotel tidy, and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Overall, good value for money.

Car park felt a little unsafe at first but the welcome from staff was fantastic. We were given an upgraded room which had plenty of space.

Property is a good budget choice for 1 or 2 nights. I did find lighting in the reception and the rooms was on the darker side. This seems due to the choice of using spotlights mounted into the ceiling tiles. Overall cleanliness was good with only some dust in the stairwell. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Stayed here for one night and arrived early, but the lovely lady on reception checked my room was ready and let me check in. Clean, comfy bed, good shower, and a nice bar where they had the football on.
Breakfast in the morning was really good too.
Will definitely choose this hotel over the 'chain' hotels I've tried in the area next time!

A friend of mine came to pick me up daily and the car remained in the hotel’s parking lot for may be 10-15 minutes at a time. My friend got multiple parking tickets for that!!!! Basic accommodation. Nothing to write home about!!
