工作人員非常友好和禮貌，酒店出來的沙灘很漂亮，可以隨時游泳玩水。早餐很不錯，建議定房的時候帶早餐，物有所值。

Aankomst: niet uitnodigende receptie, smalle gang, gedateerd ….., moesten tot 14u30 wachten om in onze villa te mogen. Algemeene indruk van het hotel: gedateerd… ze zijn wel volop bezig met het herstellen van het hoofdgebouw. Poolbaar gesloten. Hadden een week op voorhand nog gevraagd of alles open was, helaas geen eerlijke antwoord mogen ontvangen. Desalniettemin wij mogen niet vergeten dat ze 3 héél zware jaren achter de rug hebben. Tuin/beplanting: heel goed onderhouden. Zwembad was heel proper. Villa: op het eerste zicht heel mooi, maar op het 2de zicht toch gebreken en redelijk gedateerd. Buiten badkamer(s) niet echt proper, verroeste wc houders, vuile vloer etc. Personeel: probeerden echt hun best. maar konden niet altijd volgen. Ontbijt: lekker, maar beperkt kaart en niet voor de grote honger ;-) Voor onze peuter mocht niks besteld worden. Helaas werden de dranken meestal pas na het ontbijt geserveerd. Desalniettemin zeker een fijn hotel voor 1-3 nachten.

La posizione è l'unica cosa apprezzabile di questo "resort" e le bici nuovissime che si possono noleggiare per 65.000 rupie al giorno. La struttura andrebbe completamente ristrutturata. La nostra camera era uno stanzone enorme con odore di muffa e sporco, la porta non chiudeva mai completamente. C'erano 2 finestre in alto che affacciavano su 2 stanze che non ci appartenevano quindi sempre luce esterna. Il bagno era orribile, sembrava di entrare in una serra di piante e fiori perchè è stato chiuso il tetto con dei pannelli di plexiglass. Veramente indecente. Le scale che portano alle camere del piano superiore sono completamente marcie e senza corrimano. Non ci tornerei assolutamente e non lo consiglio.

Sono stato al the Trawangan Resort per 3 giorni. Bella struttura di fronte alla spiaggia. Il personale è sempre sorridente, simpatico e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza del cliente. La camera e il bagno erano puliti e confortevoli. Buona la colazione e molto suggestivo farla praticamente in spiaggia. Il maggior pregio di questo hotel è la posizione. Si trova a poche centinaia di metri dalla zona del porto di Gili Trawangan, quella di maggior presenza di negozi, ristoranti e servizi, ma anche dove inizia la zona più tranquilla dell'isola e non troppo lontano dal rinomato sunset point, dove si può ammirare il tramonto sul mare. Inoltre se come me si ama lo snorkeling, ci si può bagnare nel mare già subito davanti all'hotel dove ho incontrato già il primo giorno una tartaruga. Senza considerare che, poche decine di metri sulla sinistra, si trova un tratto di fondale corallino, pieno di bellissimi pesci. Nell'insieme mi sono trovato molto bene e spero di poter tornare di nuovo.

酒店的管理看起來很專業。在這裏的海景房（頂樓）裏住了兩晚，這裡是我住過的最乾淨的酒店之一。酒店設計和室內裝飾很用心。這裏也是這個地方為數不多的供應熱水的酒店。泳池很可愛。早餐是我在ombak吃過的最好的，因為這裏不使用可怕的加工臘肉。員工友好且樂於助人，我不會花比折扣率更多的錢了。對於這個價格來説，這裏值得推薦。

Staff is super friendly, especially the guy called „Sandy“. He and his friends organised couple really nice birthday surprises for my girlfriend. The only thing what could be better is the Ac, the acs in the upper rooms (deluxe rooms) are to small for the big room. Everything else was really nice

My stay at The Trawangan Resort You can see the sea from the room and the balcony. The view is magnificent. Sleeping won't be a problem because the pillows and mattress are top quality. Minor remark is that the wifi is poor. The staf of the hotel is very very helpfull. Mr. Zan, one of the staf members, could also give some historical info of Gili Trawangan on what to do. The location of the hotel is top. A very good swim, snorkel- and surf beach just across the hotel. Quiet and again on 15 minutes of walking distance of the centre

I was in the Trawangan resort for 5 nights with my 2 toddlers staying in a 2 room villa. Perfect location if you try to stay away too busy/crowd area but also easy to reach to the key locations with few min walking. We had a great time, all the resort staffs are super friendly (just recall Mas Yari & Sandy name) & tried to accommodate us in best possible way. Only feedback I gave them was to have more fish options in the menu considering we are in a sea beach resort & expect to have more fish option. They helped extensively to guide us how to reach to the resort by managing the right boats & also helped to arrange the boat & car for the return to airport. Defiantly I'll love to go back again

The resort is in a prime location, close enough to everything but far away enough for some quiet time, right across from the ocean. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful, the breakfast was consistently great and the overall experience was great for the price point.
