A really lovely little gem - we felt so comfortable and relaxed here (we're a couple in our late 50s). The staff are very friendly and usefully speak English. The room was clean and large with a large queen size bed and extra pillows, quilts etc. The bathroom was also large and well stocked with a good hot shower. The buildings are eclectic and charming, every room seems to have its own little outdoor seating area with table and chairs. The breakfast was a really good spread with plenty of choice and all nice and fresh. We also ate dinner in the restaurant which was a good tasty meal and not expensive. We used the pool and sunbathing area and there's a pool bar where they'll bring you hot and cold drinks. We used the free bikes (which to be honest were a little bit past their best) to cycle down the lanes to the coast. The area immediately around the hotel is not especially interesting and you need to drive/cycle to get into Giarre where there are bars, restaurants and shops; it would be feasible to walk but the road is busy and there isn't a pavement all the way. There's a perfect view of Etna from the hotel of course and it is a great base to explore the area, Taormina, Catania, AciReale, Aci Castello, Alcantara Gorge. Highly recommend.

Was a very bad experience. I went there with my mum and we choose to spend time inside the spa and also we choose some treatments. They first didn’t give us enough time then we had to do the massage separate, and after that because my mum went before me when she came back was closing time apparently they just drop her in the hall with all the bags and wet hair saying to her now it’s close. When I came back after my massage I was thinking she was enjoying the spa for the half an hour but in fact she was left in the corridor waiting for me since I started the massage. After that I had to change my clothes in the commonal toilet which wasn’t really a problem but we didn’t have even a hairdryer. We had to leave there with wet hairs both of us which did made us become sick in the afternoon. Also we called before going to ask what we need to bring qnd the lady said about bringing everything like towels bathrobe etc. which in fact we didn’t use nothing , but mostly they didn’t even say to us “oh it will be closing time , so perhaps bring your hairdryer “ or maybe something as “if we would like to change the time because we would have not have time to change properly “ they just told to us to get a room just to shower and change but they didn’t even explain to us. And we said why would we have to get a room for just 1 hour ? We could have used our hairdyer in the commonal toilet. Anyway very very very bad experience. Never go there. I just wanted to spend some time between mum and daughter.

Had a wonderful 11 nights here on a half board bases, the room was comfortable and cleaned daily although a little minor maintenance required but nothing we couldn't live with, Food was adequate and the service was excellent especially Leonardo and Alexandro who did everything they could to make our experance as great as possible, although the food did get a bit samey. The pool is now open and is salt water with plenty of loungers in the vicinity. If you can afford to there are plenty of restaurants in the local area that are reasonably priced. I would say 60 euros for 2 persons without wine per meal Would definitely stay here again

La habitación es ligeramente vieja, pero la cama es muy cómoda, el balcón es una escena marina sin rodeos. La puerta del balcón abre la noche para escuchar las olas reflejan la luna y la luna es muy agradable para que usted abra el patrón de vacaciones en el mar. El hotel y la habitación son realmente limpios y se pierde una estrella porque hay un punto de la ventana como una secuencia de sangre. El desayuno es relativamente rico en comparación con otros hoteles locales. A unos minutos a pie de la isla Bella. La puerta es la estación de autobús, y el autobús directo a otros lugares y aeropuertos es muy conveniente. Este hotel está situado al lado de una montaña y el acceso desde el nivel de la calle a pie se encuentra a través de un túnel bajo una autopista, luego un ascensor, luego un paseo por otra terraza, luego un funicular, al nivel de recepción. A la llegada, nos retrasaron un costo diario inesperado por el uso de las piscinas y el acceso a bebidas, incluyendo agua en los bares y restaurantes. La habitación era muy grande, espaciosa, limpia y bien equipada. La piscina en el nivel 4 era hermosa, muy ocupada y ruidosa con música alta. Algunas actividades ofrecidas pero no participamos. Otra piscina más abajo pero no utilizó esa. Muchas camas solares alrededor de las piscinas y terrazas. Este hotel es muy ruidoso, muchos niños jóvenes que se quedan con eco de sus gritos y gritos por todas partes. Area de recepción especialmente ruidosa. En resumen, este hotel es más adecuado para los huéspedes más jóvenes.

Siamo stati per un fine settimana di puro relax e così è stato. Centro benessere in verità piccolino ma giusto così se vuoi realmente staccare la spina. Personale a dir poco eccezionale, dalla reception, al centro benessere per passare ai camerieri e al maitre. La cucina molto buona, infatti siamo rimasti anche per il pranzo della domenica. Io avevo segnalato un' allergia al pepe nero che è stata sempre attenzionata dal personale di sala. Che dire ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Lo consiglio vivamente.
